Only turned up to do a regular Gas Service but also repaired a leaking Expansion Tank on my central heating system at the same time. A fantastic Engineer. Nothing was a problem to him.

Exceptional service to a very high…
Exceptional service to a very high standard. Electricians were professional, friendly, very thorough and had a clean smart appearance. I can't fault their service and they even sorted out an old socket and replaced my smoke alarms. Top class service, in fact the best I've ever had!

Reported the problem in the morning fixed 2hrs later
Reported the problem in the morning , appointment was made for a few days later. But then they rang me back an hour later and said they had an electrician free that afternoon. Within 2 hours he arrived, fixed the problem and left after replacing the socket and a bit of the wiring. Very pleasent guy, didnt moan about the heat once or that he had 8 flights of stairs to climb because the lifts were out of order

The customer service was polite &…
The customer service was polite & helpful when l called them accidentally then they decided to organise a gas inspection. I found the link to confirm my appointment difficult to use but l was pleased when got another reminder to cancel. The engineer was professional & polite. The only reason they aren’t getting 5 stars is that most contractors aren’t mindful to remove or cover their shoes when they enter people house. At least let them ask before entering people’s home with dirty shoes.

Great service from start to finish
Great service from start to finish. The booking system was easy to use, and the communication was excellent. I was running late getting back to meet the engineer, but I was able to speak to him through my Ring doorbell and he kindly waited for me. He was friendly, approachable, and very patient with my two excitable dogs. A real credit to the council service. Thank you.
