SMALLBONE Anmeldelser

The owners was extremely helpful. They gave me a full walkthrough of the car and showed me how to use all the features. The price was really fair compared to larger dealers. Would highly recommend.

Perfect from start to finish purchasing my new car from this family run business. Chloe arranged for me to view the car with a Sunday appointment & Michael was very helpful throughout the process and sorting my private number plate retention so made my life far easier. Thank you once again :)

Great service all round, nice family run business, seamless purchase, thanks for all your help 🙏

Would definitely recommend, chloe was fantastic, couldn't help us enough, no pushy sales, give us what we wanted for our caravan, would use again, thanks jayne & kev xx

It's how a company deals with me after a purchase that's important. And Smallbones have been so great. Firstly I had an issue with the central locking. Immediately Nick told me to take it to my mechanic & he'd authorise the cost of a repair. Talk about feeling reassured & panic subsiding!! Turned out I'd done something silly & now I know for next time.
Then I got a tax reminder for my old car but had sent the vehicle reg documents off with Nick. Again, Chloe phoned me straight away & explained that she'd deal with that. So I'm writing a review as a genuinely satisfied customer. Well done, Smallbones! Oh, and by the way, I LOVE my car!!

From the moment we arrived at Smallbone’s forecourt we were met with a very friendly and helpful Chloe - this level of professionalism continued right up until the day of collection, when we collected the caravan from Nick.

It was all perfect! Thank you

Had a reason to contact SMALLBONE on my recent caravan purchase a minor window problem,it was dealt with fairly, quickly and professionally by Michael SMALLBONE and thank you for the support and happy outcome of a small problem that no one could envisage.

From my 1st call enquiry to completion of transaction the team were exceptional. Returning calls as promised and keeping us informed every step of the way. Offered a fair price. Came to us to view and transport at no extra cost to us at a date and time suited to us. Friendly and professional services. Thank you Michael and Chloe

Great family business.Take stress out of buying a car.Lovely friendly people always helpful.

I recently bought a car from Smallbone. The service was great, the car was ready, and they even filled the tank. Highly recommended.

After a dreadful experience at 'We Buy Any Car', I called at Smallbone on the way home. The difference couldn't have been greater - a friendly welcome, a genuine discussion on my car and a fair price agreed.
An honest and fair dealer, who many others could learn from. I would certainly recommend, and will return again.

We bought a motorhome from Michael and family. The service they provide is professional and honest. Their prices are fair and competitive. Prior to collection they ensured that the motorhome was given a mechanical and habitation PDI and MOT. They also addressed a couple of interior snags, arranged for additional security hardware to be fitted and provided a full tank of fuel. Nice people to deal with making the whole experience stress free and seamless.
Diolch Michael & family

Travelling up from Essex kind of gives you an idea of our first impressions of the team at Smallbone and thankfully, first impressions were correct.
From the get go, Chloe was excellent in every way and even returned a reply to a query on her day off.
We dealt with both Michael and Chloe and they could not have been more friendly and helpful with the process of changing our caravan.
Even though the journey up took five hours it was well worth the extra time and effort and would definitely go back when and if we are in the market again to change our van.
Thank you both for being so lovely ❤️

5 star service from Chloe Smallbone again highly recommend. I’ve used Smallbone twice now and definitely will again.

A very helpful and pleasant family run business. Chloe and Nick were very amiable. They made us very welcome after our 3 hour drive with a lovely cup of tea.
A very relaxed atmosphere with no pressure. We are very pleased with our Honda and had a lovely drive home.

I recently bought my first caravan from them.
Chloe, Michael & Nick are so friendly & helpful, nothing was too much trouble.
I pleasure to do business with, just how you want a business to be.
I would do business with them again & more than happy to recommend them.
