But they were so great! The rep who helped me (Nicole) was so lovely. She got back to my questions very quickly and was very personable. I love that I wasn't talking to a bot or anything. don't do this type of cross-border shopping but I would definitely go with Skypax again. Thanks so much, Nicole:)

I am in Australia and hate missing out on great handbags. When I found out about SKYPAX the escitment was real. Easy set up and made first purchase. When it was time to send to Australia the shock of postage nearly killed me. However, I chose the repackage option and emailed also my request. I had the most amazing communication and helpful responses and postage came down drastically. I am so very grateful to the team for their assistance and Customer service was amazing. The package hade lithium batarries in it, so it was flaged, but good fast responce from thr customer service team made forwarding to the final destenation a breeze

Great company to deal with. they take the effort to help out when clarity is needed and their pricing is very good. Packages get repackaged and combined very professionally and protects goods adequately. I did take the paid subscription, as the service of combining packages and the 10% Fedex discount pays for itself if you buy fairly regularly in the USA. Skypax do have other hubs as well, though I have only used the USA.

Ordered some books, has Skypax receive them then forward them to the US. had someone else’s order and forwarded package. Skypax asked for photos, I sent them, they stopped replying and haven’t replied since.
