Ridiculously expensive, especially coming to Canada. Find another alternative. Shipping costs to Canada were quoted at $300-400.

Proactive support people. Very good customer service. Better than others I have used in the past Would recommend.

NOT ONCE DID YOU ANSWER EMAIL OR AFTER TRYING TO RING 20 TIMES YOU SENT ONLY HALF MY ORDER IN 2 BOXES WICH WOULD HAVE EASY FIT INTO ONE YOUR COST WAS SO EXPENSIVE , NOW I KNOW ITS A SKAM AS THERES BAD REVIEWS EXEPT FOR THE OBES YOU MAKE YOURSELF , I BELIEVE YOU CONMITED FRAUD AND WILL FOLLOW UP AS HARD AS I CAN , YOU ARE JUST VILE DISGUSTING PREDIATORS HOLDING POEPLES ITEM AT RANSOM TO THEY PAY YOUR EXTORTION FEES

Am looking for a better company because this one skypax is a big problem they sent me an email response after I mail them for days.. I already replied to there mail still no response for days again.. guys they locked my package I can't ship it because of a shaving foam I told them give it to someone don't put it in the trash as it from a high brand company farmasi gift it to a staff. Still today my package is locked.. Am looking for a better company,because this one is bul..Everyone will not believe this because I did two packages ship to my country more then 3weeks I haven't receive not even one package next week will be a month Am waiting on my package my god it need a new company ASAP help anyone.. guys remember my shipping fee was over $100 just for shipping this is crazy

I have been calling and emailing for a week and no one has responded or picked up the phone.
My parcel is frozen because it has a battery in it and their own policy states they can ship consumer items with lithium-ion batteries with no extra shipping requirements.
Edit: I am now being told that I cannot chose the lower shipping option with the next option being over 5 times the price, even though there policy states "For most regular shipments containing consumer items that contain lithium-ion batteries, e.g. laptops, mobile phones, tablet computers, and e-readers, there are no extra requirements when shipping small quantities."

Edit 2: I got a message saying my item was dispatched, 2 hours later I got a message that the dispatch was cancelled, I now believe that the company that they have as the cheapest doesn't exist. An image search of the logo doesn't provide any exact results, and the "dispatch message" took me to a bear basic tracking site with broken hyperlinks.

This combined with the 5 times price hike and the 2 hour discrepancy where if the package was dispatched then it wouldn't have been at there facility, makes me think that is is a fake company to draw people in so they can do a bait and switch.

I can't have my earbuds shipped because it contains battery. I have written several emails, and called 10-15 times and no answer. Avoid this company

I tried to send the packkage with earbuds to Denmark after they unlocked my parcel, but i recived and error that the postal service will not send lithium batteries!
the other options are more than 100$. that is more than the earbuds cost. i have written to them several times. but no reply. And now they want to charge me for extended storage fee! no communication!

I needed to get in touch with customer service by phone. I called on 3 different days. Each time it asked me to leave a message and the next available representative would call me back. I never received a call back on any of the messages I left. Also the cost to send my parcel up to me in Canada was way more than I expected it to be. To have it shipped to me cost $200 more than what was being shipped.

Expensive shipping cost for a light package!

Very easy process all round. Everything arrived in good condition including my makeup pallets. I was very hesitant about using a parcel forwarding service and put it off for years. But the whole process was seem less! Thanks SkyPax!!

But they were so great! The rep who helped me (Nicole) was so lovely. She got back to my questions very quickly and was very personable. I love that I wasn't talking to a bot or anything. don't do this type of cross-border shopping but I would definitely go with Skypax again. Thanks so much, Nicole:)
