Was excellent service, found Skoup online after me refusing to take the stuff to the tip because of the spiders and not wanting them in the car. Booked them and naturally then looked at the reviews. Was slightly sceptical after reading a few negative but the service was far from it. They called in the morning to say they were just over an hour away, I explained that I might have a bit more than what I booked for just to give a heads up but I said I didn't mind paying the extra if they were able to take it, was told don't worry, we'll see when we get there and sort it then. They came in the timeframe they said they would and managed to get everything in the van, turns out I did book the right load! There was a bit of spillage from a lawn roller (not their fault, was a dodgy cap on it) which bless them they cleaned up the best they could without having access to a brush (so sorry!) even rang me to say what had happened. It was easy, service was excellent and will certainly be using again if I have anymore rubbish that needs removing (I'm sure there will be!) 5 stars all round :)

I ordered and paid. Got an email confirming my pick up of 4 bags of domestic waste would be collected the next day. I left instructions that I would put the bags out on the pavement outside or house. When I came back from work at near 6pm they were still there and the office was shut. I had to put the bags back in the bin so they wouldn't be opened by rats and cats etc. There was no mention of anyone needing to be home.
Update the Saturday I complained and apparently "they ran out of time".
So I'm waiting until Monday now.
Hopefully they can fit me in, or at least leave a message.
Not impressed.

I gave them the answer to their generic feedback for complaints.
I rang again very upset on Monday morning and it was collected.

Lucy was amazing absolutely made my morning; great chat and and great energy in passing instructions on for my collection and a general chitchat. The collection was straight forward and my collector was lovely. Will have this company on speed dial to help with the rest of my move.

Great service, friendly customer service team and all very smooth. Have used Skoup a number of times and each time has been perfect.

Arranged for collection, they turned up and took the bags from my drive way, only knew they had been as they emailed to tell me it was gone - faultless service on first experience, will definitely use them again.

Stay away from this company. Zero interest in actually fulfilling what is promised on the website. The drivers were rude and refused to collect items that were supposed to be taken. We had to argue with them so they would agree to take it. Van was still not full, and we wanted to add a couple of items, but they just drove away despite our asking to wait. Never ever again.

Easy to book (and re-arrange) but also 2 fantastic men taking it away. Not a bad price either

good company to use

Booking was simple. Great. But collection was not simple. Rescheduled twice without reason. The first reschedule they said they would prioritise the next day, but didn’t. In fact they didn’t communicate at all that day. Then received email the following morning to say it’s been rescheduled. Again, no reason but they did apologise.

As a first time customer, I’m not impressed and would be reluctant to use them again.

Absolutely amazing service we had Paul and Luke help us today and they were amazing could not have asked for more. Very friendly and efficient

Cheapest I found to get rid of bin bags. Polite customer service , I rang on the morning of collection to confirm an estimated collection time. I was nervous as I read some reviews . But the man came to collect my rubbish at the estimated time. He was pleasant and polite. Quickly removed bin bags . Will definitely be using this service again ! Thanks so much. Highly recommend.

Terrible Service, would not use again.
I had ordered a skip to be delivered at the start of the week and by Friday it had still not been delivered. I have a recording of the driver driving past my house with the skip despite there being access to the drive. I called over 10 times to ask the driver to give me a call when they arrive and this was not done at all. The amount of inconvenience and stress this has caused has been ridiculous and the customer service has been terrible. Each time I ask for an update, I am told I will get a call back and never do. I would not use this company again and strongly urge Skoup to reconsider their contractor agreements. Thank you.

Excellent service guys were quick and friendly. Will use this service again soon. All my junk gone and everything left clean outside .

The people on the other end of the line, can't fault them whatsoever - really polite, very helpful and if this review were based on them alone, it would be 5 stars.

However... The person who collected my bags scolded me immediately about where I had left my bags. There was a logical reason why I couldn't leave the bags outside which I had already shared before his arrival, so I didn't appreciate that. I found him to be rude and not friendly in the slightest.

First and last time using this service because of his attitude and also because of the fact that they don't offer a 2-3 hour window or at least a loose approximation, so you're literally having to wait an entire day (affects those of us who can't leave litter outside, like my situation)
He was supposed to have rang shortly before his arrival, but I had to ring up myself to get an update.
