Dr Patel has been treating a close relative for many years and we have been very pleased with the care given, especially through a recent spell of serious illness. He went out of his way to help and support us through a worrying time for the family. It was comforting to know he was in good hands.

Dr Patel Has been my GP for in excess of 15 years and his willingness to take the time to listen, and come up with a solution to you medical requirements, is second to none.

Discreet, professional, knowledgeable and a medical doctor too! With so many people offering cosmetic treatment it was extremely reassuring to be treated by an actual medic who truly delivered the results I was after.

I have been a long standing patient both cosmetic and medical. His products are superior and his skills are fantastic. Keep going doctor

I visited Dr Nishel Patel to have two benign seborrheic keratose removed. It was my first time visiting his clinic, so I did not know what to expect. I found him to be very friendly, understanding and easy to talk to whilst being totally professional and knowledgeable.

He talked me through what he was going to do and had them both removed within minutes without any pain or discomfort. I felt very confident in Dr Nishel’s hands. I can honestly say that I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone, in fact I have already recommended him to a friend.

I have been a patient for over 15 years and the service,quality and treatment has always been 5 star.

I am sure Dr Patel is great in what he's doing! No doubt, he has professionalism and as a patient he makes you feel very welcome and he does thoroughly explain the procedures and what's involved.

Back in February 2018 I have heard of Dr Patel and how great he is, and at that time he was looking for models. I've offered to be a model and went ahead to do three treatments. I've also recommended 4 of my friends to take part in being a model.

We have all booked our appointments together and went to get our treatments done.
After I've had the treatments, we were looking forward to see the full effect during that two week period.

Two of the treatments I've done were fillers and that should have had almost like an immediate effect. The fillers looked good for a couple of weeks and after 6 weeks there were no sign of having fillers done. Its like it dissolved away.

So the botox and filler treatments I have done Its all gone. Two months into it now, its gone! It is like I've never had it done.
I'm very disappointed and all of my friends are, because none of our treatments worked or lasted.

I think if you want to have it done, Dr Patel is great but don't go as a model! Pay the full price to have real effect.
Big question? What did Dr Patel inject me with as a filler in my face? Even BOTOX? Was is diluted because it was 5 of us? Makes you wonder.

I've been having treatments done in Harley street for 10 yrs and I've never experienced this disappointment. All of my treatments done in Harley street lasted minimum 4-6 months for botox and 2-3 years for filler treatments.
This time round everything dissolved away within 6 weeks.

So no disrespect to Dr Patel, but this is upsetting.

I will be going to my doctor in Harley street next week so he can see my face and he can give me a second opinion.

First of all I didn't like the idea to leave a review for Doctor Nishel Patel, on the same day as I had my treatment.
Dr Patel has insisted that I do the review so I did it. Only to find out that after 3 weeks my Bootox hasn't worked very well and my husband did it too and his results are also really terrible.

We had our treatment done in February 2017 and by mid March 2017 our BOTOX disappeared like we never had it.

We were excited, been offered to be Dr Nimesh Patel's models like lots of our friends only to realise that no one's treatment has worked.
I don't know what Dr Patel has used instead of BOTOX, as he didn't want us to be in the room when he was getting the BOTOX ready. He told us to wait outside while he prepares everything, and that hell call us in when he's ready.
We have tried to contact him to tell him that none of our wrinkles has dissapered or even our expression lines, and 4 weeks later we are back to how we were before we went to see him.
Very DISSAPOINTING!!!!!

We are very upset and our friends are very upset with Dr Patel from Skinesse Clinic in Gerards Cross, as once he's seen you, even though you waisted your money, he isn't interested to put it right.

The only reason I went to him it's because a friend has heard of him, and apparently he was using models to train his staff but no staff has assisted and to find out a few weeks later that Dr Patel has just got his certificate for Aesthetic. Very disappointed. He should of informed us that actually he was training! Not his student. So that was a lie. Now it makes sense that he must of diluted his BOTOX because out of 5 of us no one has any long lasting effects. Our treatments done by Dr Patel only lasted 3 weeks.

VERY DISSAPOINTING!!!!

I would not recommend him to anyone.

I wish I never been pressurised by Dr Nimesh Patel to write a review on the same day as my treatment.

So I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.

I consulted Dr Nishel Patel for leg vein treatment called Sclerotherapy. I had my treatments in a medical environment and it felt very professional throughout. Great results!

I visited Dr Nishel Patel 3 weeks ago for botox. It was my first time having an procedure of the type. I felt very confident in Dr Nishel Patel and I am very glad I went to a doctor for my treatment. I felt slightly dizzy after the botox but was very reassured and looked after. Dr Nishel Patel is professional and friendly and I am extremely happy with the results of my treatment.

Dr Patel did my lip enhancement and after waiting a long time to finally pluck up the courage and finally go ahead with lip fillers I knew as soon as I met dr Patel he was the the right doctor. As soon as I went in he made me feel at ease , I love my new lips and it wasn’t at all painful ! Thanks again would highly recommend!

Great consultation with Dr Nishel Patel. Highly recommend. Listens to the patient and gives sincere feedback. Also prices are very manageable. Will definitely be seeing him for my required treatment.

I thought i would be with a facial cyst for life until I asked Dr Patel for advice, he was super efficient in its removal and a top bloke to cap it off. Highly recommend.
