I recently had a hearing check-up and was very pleased with the experience. The staff were professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. The hearing specialist explained each step of the test clearly and answered all of my questions with patience and expertise.
The assessment was thorough, and I received detailed feedback about my hearing health along with helpful recommendations. The clinic was clean, well-organized, and the appointment ran on time. Overall, it was a positive and reassuring experience, and I would highly recommend this service to anyone looking for a professional hearing evaluation.

This was my very first visit to a Hearing Consultant to have my ears syringed and there was a certain amount of trepidation on my part.
However, any apprehension that I felt was quickly put aside by:
a) The courteous and friendly welcome offered at Reception
b) The Professionalism and good old fashioned 'Bedside Manner' shown by Kara.
Her diligence and attention to detail was superb and she made me feel totally at ease, explaining every step of the procedure.
The best part of today was the result, i.e. I now have better hearing in the ear that needed treatment.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff who were able to swiftly resolve the issues with my disabled mother's hearing aids (they were incredibly accommodating and warm throughout what could have been an otherwise more difficult experience). Highly recommend, and will return in the future if the need arises!

My experience with K&M was fantastic. I was made so welcome. Kara has a vast knowledge of everything to do with ears, hearing aids and accessories. She was so helpful, patient and absolutely amazing. The tests for APD were comprehensive and the results explained to me very clearly.

I booked an appointment for a tinnitus assessment and was feeling anxious . I need not have worried ! I was made to feel very comfortable and relaxed . Kara is so kind and reassuring . She explained everything so clearly and with expert knowledge . She explained to me exactly what tinnitus is and most importantly how to manage it . I left feeling much more positive and in control. I would highly recommend her to anyone . I wish all healthcare professionals took so much care over patients ! She is amazing !

My appointment this morning was prompt and very welcoming and friendly. I was treated with great care and was apprised of all that was being done to clear my ears. I was given advice about keeping my ears clear of dry skin which I have never been given before. I have booked my next appointment.

A very traumatic event, made into a very enjoyable time. Shared a bit too much, but Kara exudes trust and loyalty.

I would absolutely recommend K&M Hearing Solutions for anyone that wants a personalised audiology service. Kara was genuinely friendly and so enthusiastic about what she does, taking the time to explain everything at just the right level of detail.

The premises were lovely, and I was offered a coffee prior to the start of my appointment by Dave on reception, who was also very engaging and great company during the short wait for the appointment.

Amazing service from Kara - I went in for a basic assessment and came out with a full MOT. Kara was incredibly diligent and knowledgeable and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

This was my first full consultation for blocked ears and I was made to feel welcome immediately with friendly staff in reception, before any consult took place!
