I booked hearing tests with a national company and with K&M, in the same way one always obtains more than one quote for building work for example. The overall experience at K&M was on an entirely different level. Significantly superior equipment, and in a bespoke environment rather than a rented room in somebody else’s premises. Considering how thorough Kara’s services are I expected her prices to be considerably higher than the other provider, but they were in fact lower.

Kara and Dave are super friendly and provide an exceptional and professional service. Everything is explained and there is no pressure to buy or do anything at all. As Kara says, we will be on a long journey together as she supports her clients over many years, so it’s important we trust each other and get along. Well, I can’t imagine anybody not liking Kara!

I 100% recommend K&M to everybody who is wondering whether they should have their hearing checked.

Kara conducted my hearing test which was very relaxed and thorough. After the results, I was offered a selection of suitable price packages with no pressure on which to choose.

Quite apart from the excellent professional treatment, she is an excellent communicator and kept me well informed about my condition and the professional solutions throughout the process. Kara was friendly, approachable and professional. I was booked for a wax removal, which turned out was not necessary, as I was concerned about slight hearing loss I had a hearing test and was given various options based on the outcome. Kara took time to explain everything to me and was very helpful in offering advice. A very good experience overall and I will be returning in the future.

Excellent experience in all respects. Most pleasant audiologist who performed wax removal and a basic hearing test sending me home being able to hear much better! Booking the appointment was very easy, and I was even given a very nice coffee. I would thoroughly recommend this company as they can offer any help you need with your hearing.

Kara was great, explaining everything and conducting a really thorough hearing test. Dave manages all the admin very efficiently and the coffee is delicious.

The whole experience, from entering through the door, testing and conversations with the audiologist. Professional and caring.

I had had my ears syringed in the past but was very interested in the vacuum procedure. It worked like a charm: I had not realised how compromised my hearing had been. Kara explained the whole process and I was able to watch on a screen. My post hearing test indicated some loss of hearing, but I was by no means pressured into having any type of hearing aid, but will be called in a years time for a follow-up complimentary test. She was professional, knowledgable and empathetic. Dave was pleasant and helpful. In all, a thoroughly professional and efficient service at an excellent price.

Would fully recommend K&M! Came in to get my ears moulded for some custom plugs. Dave was very friendly and helpful booking the appointment and when I arrived, and Kara was great doing my impressions, very friendly and happy to explain the process and talk through my options - great service and friendly team all round

Both members of staff were extremely kind and considerate, along with being very professional and efficient. They took the time to listen to my concerns and explain the test results, and possible solutions. I would highly recommend K&M to anyone!

With this being my first ear suction appointment I did not know what to initially expect however Kara and Dave were fantastic! Dave was welcoming and easy to chat to and Kara was knowledgeable and so helpful. All in all I could not recommend K&M Hearing Solutions enough, I can finally hear!
