I recently visited Dr Patel for Botox and for treatment on my varicose veins. As it was my first time receiving treatment for both of these I was a little nervous but Dr Patel instantly put me at ease and explained everything with a thorough consultation. After only a couple of days I had excellent results with my Botox and couldn’t be happier with it. My veins are also improving and I’m looking forward to continuing my treatment with Dr Patel

Before coming to see Dr Patel I did lots of research about skin specialists, I wanted to feel safe and in good hands. Well that research paid off well. Dr Patel is very professional and informative about the treatments and what they can do for your skin depending on what are you looking for.
I loved the fact that he didn’t go straight to the Botox option simply because he felt wasn’t need, it just yet. I found that very honest! Instead he offered me different alternatives and we talked about micro needling which I wanted to try.

Dr Patel explained all the process and the benefits to the skin. I wasn’t the bravest but regardless Dr Patel handled it very well and made feel comfortable at all times. The skin results are shocking! My skin is glowing with a much even colour and the texture improved a lot in terms of pores specially around my nose, and I noticed a visibly improvement on my forehead lines. I have another appointment early next year and can’t wait for it!

Dr Patel was really informative about the treatments he offers at the clinic. He is realistic, supportive and listened to my concerns and helped me to reframe my thoughts about the type of treatment I thought I needed without giving false hope or offering treatments that you don’t need
His approach is very professional and he builds rapport with his honest assessment of what can be achieved. He was reassuring and as it was my first experience of Botox and the results were very subtle which was what I wanted.
He offers a post treatment appointment which highlighted just how much difference the treatment made. As I was pretty sceptical I was so happy that I went to see Dr Patel than did this at a beauty salon… Thank you so much!

Very happy with the service and professionalism shown by Dr Patel. He’s very knowledgeable and really helped me feel at ease. I’m very nervous of needles and had both Botox and Aqualyx and Dr Patel explained everything step by step and followed up to see how I was doing after treatment.

Really great personalised service, and follow up. The practice achieved the results I was expecting and set expectations of what was realistic and what isn’t. It wasn’t about selling products but actually helping with the concerns I had with my skin.
