Excellent products, service and advice
Out new sinks and tap were delivered promptly after placing the order and the company informed us in advance of the delivery date. We had some questions about the suitability and fitting of the tap which Sinks-taps helped us with. They also put us in contact with the technical expert st the tap manufacturers who was able to provide all the information that we required. Overall this was exceptionally good service from an online retailer so we will definitely buy from them again in the future.

Excellent Customer Service.
I ordered a sink and tap, these were delivered quickly and the delivery driver was courteous and helpful - he put the pallet containing the sink into our garage for us rather than leaving is kerbside. The sink was well protected by a lot of bubble wrap so arrived in excellent condition.
The tap I had ordered didn't fit where I had intended to put it - I contacted sinks-taps and they sent an alternative (of my choice) via next day delivery. They also arranged to take back the tap I no longer required. This was all done with no fuss and they were very helpful throughout.
All in all I was very impressed with the service provided and would happily use them again (and recommend them to others).

Good service but...
I got my filters as scheduled and they were exactly what I ordered but the packaging was a bit damaged (filters were okay - I think/hope). The filters were in the original boxes but they were wrapped in a grey plastic bag so they got crushed, banged up. Should have been in a more sturdy box.

Do not use. I repeat. Do not use.
Rude staff members, unacceptable behavior and unreasonable attitude towards their customers. Even the delivery driver was complaining about the company.

Dear Alexia. Thank you for your feedback. Even though we have thousands of positive reviews its always good to receive details when we haven't quite done our job properly. We have a small team of staff and we do all we can to look after customers. Its a very strong accusation and therefore I'd like more specific information. Also, the driver who delivered your sink is not employed by us and I would therefore like to receive details of exactly what he said so we can make a formal complaint about him. The driver works for the pallet network and therefore doesn't even know who we are! So how he can complain about a company he doesn't know, i've no idea!
Spray head only connects to cold tap
The product itself is beautiful and the quality is excellent (I'm a big fan of Abode designs) - the issue for me is that, with this model, the hand spray only connects to the cold tap, and this wasn't made clear online. When I called sinks-taps, I was told that, in a bid to keep the product descriptions short, there is not enough page space to go into minute detail, and that I should have telephoned to ask about the product before placing my order online. Although I am a regular customer, I have to admit to being disappointed by the customer service in this instance and I see that the product description has not been updated. It is possible to buy an additional connector valve from a plumbing supplier, but at £60, this is obviously an unwelcome expense and hassle!

Hi Tabitha. Thanks for the review/feedback. I think you my have misunderstood our conversation. At no point did I say we want to keep the descriptions short due to page space. The problem is, if you put too much information on a page it has the opposite effect and people just glance over it. However, on this particular product it does clearly state that the hand spray is independent of the tap, meaning it is just a cold spray. The technical document we show with this tap also states it is independent and not an integrated handspray. I appreciate some technical information on taps may not be understood by everyone but that is exactly why we have a team of technical advisors available on a low-call local rate telephone number.
