We had a Discovery 15 years ago and I've been eager to get back in the new model for a number of years. We typically change our car every 3 years and each time tried to find the right vehicle at the previous local LR dealership. It was never a good experience, we always felt like it was almost an inconvenience. We ended up having 3 XC90s in a row. This year, having heard the dealership had changed groups (Now Sinclair's) and received good reviews from friends we tried again.

It was night and day from our previous experiences with the old group. We were helped by Lewis Broad all the way through the process - it always felt like a conversation, with Lewis eager to help us find the right vehicle for us. Took my Range Rover in for some warranty work and an MOT retest, and the team at Sinclair Land Rover Swansea were brilliant from start to finish. Rowanne kept me updated throughout, everything was handled professionally, and the whole process was completely hassle-free.

Great service from start to finish. From the first phone call to driving away. Richard Bater guided me through the process and was knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. I'd highly recommend Jaguar Sinclair Swansea. Can't fault them.

Can not fault the experience at all. From phoning on a Monday, having my service booked in on the Wednesday. I arrived, car was booked in in seconds, bought a coffee, given a private place to work, talked through the service and actions to be taken. Polite, courteous and friendly staff. I have never owned a Land Rover before and this is a massive upgrade in the service I have had previously in other leading brands. Jamie has been excellent, I can not have asked for a better service.

All staff, even the ones that were not dealing with me directly, went out of their way to say 'Hello' and ask if there was anything I needed.
The issue with my car was dealt with efficiently, and I was kept updated while I waited.
The fact that I was able to work, while I waited, in a private environment, with internet access was very much appreciated.
