I purchased a used Land Rover Defender from Sinclair Land Rover in Swansea in December 2025, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The salesman, Paul Wright, was polite, friendly, and highly professional throughout the entire process. He consistently provided any information or documentation I requested quickly and clearly.

Paul also went above and beyond to ensure the vehicle was delivered before Christmas, which was no mean feat and very much appreciated. Even after the sale, his service has remained outstanding — he has continued to provide warranty and service documentation promptly whenever requested.

Having previously dealt with Jamie and the Swansea Sinclairs team 3 years ago and received excellent service, we weren’t sure it could be topped, but on collecting our new car today from Chey in Swansea, it has been.

My car has been in for a service and mot and needed a part, it has been in land rover swansea for 5 days and the lack of communication from them has been awful. Myself and my wife work full time and have really been struggling without a vehicle. The only communication and updates I have had are when I phone or call in and someone always promises to get back to me and in the whole time nobody has. Their customer service is the worst I have ever encountered and after choosing them for the work on our car which as you can imagine has cost a considerable amount I will never return. Land rover sinclair swansea advertise themselves as a high end brand well the customer service does not reflect this.
