Very good service
After a delay in sorting out my online account it has now been resolved.
Simply health respond quickly to claims and the customer service department is always very helpful.

Amazing Customer Service support
I rang Simply Health Customer Services for support and clear guidance on how to make claims with Joint health plans and to help rectify an unpaid claim issue. The support I received from Georgia was outstanding. She listened well, was thorough, patient and a total pleasure to deal with. Can't thank her enough for her support and for going the extra mile .
