Received my I tip hair extensions 2 days ago and from first impression.. wow!! Amazing silky hair that’s thick towards the bottom. Delivery was excellent, arrived when stated using DPD local. I’ve ordered 3 more bundles of 20’s as my hairs really thick!! Would recommend

Used for the first time and very impressed so far! Got myself some bargain foil from the outlet and the quality is so good! Never had hair foil like it before, so lightweight but super strong and easy to use. Just bought some more, totally converted.

I normally buy my hair extensions from beauty works, however the new price increase was £100 more than normal!
I looked around and found this company, l must say l have just received my order and the hair is exactly the same, perfect for the same price as beauty works, and also the most lovely lady at the end of the phone to help,
I shall definitely be using simply hair from now on.

I would recommend for no one to go to simplyhair.Wasted thousands over the years and the last couple of sets which cost me £280 each time has been the worst quality of hair you could possibly imagine.They require you to take the hair out and send it back in so it can be checked by the faulty goods and when it is checked they blame you ...I will not give you a refund they will just wash the hair cut the hair and send halfback This company is a waste of money with lies constantly about their hair quality this is not 100% real it’s dried and damaged .Will end up ruining your clients hair

I have been purchasing hair from simply hair and other extension companies now since I was qualified 7yrs ago.. My client was fitted with hair after the first wash she reported it was matting and seemed to be fusing together even when dry.. She came in for a maintenance and wasn't wrong.. I contacted simply who sent back aftercare advice!! I then sent pictures.. The hair was a bad batch and I know this can happen occasionally however with my training I was able to determine the hair wasn't cuticly correct (laid from root to tip) I sent pictures to simply expecting them to ask for me to send some hair back for analysis they sent two conditioners! any hair extension specialist knows this wouldnt make a blind bit of difference. They then stated after 1 months they don't stand over the hair. I now have an extremely angry client she has worn hair extensions for 6 years and knows the aftercare routine. I as a hair extensionist specialist know how to analyse a faulty hair extension. This has cost me and my client alot of time and money. To be palmed off the way we were was despicable. This company obviously haven't much knowledge on quality control or customer service. I as a professional will no longer use this company as I value my customers and value their business too much to install hair that isn't fit for purpose. STAY CLEAR

Honestly do not ever buy hair from here I spent 260 on hair and had it two weeks as the hair was so thin and horrible I couldn't do anyhing with it . I have sent a email as I want a refund but I'm not sure I'll get one I am really not happy I wouldn't waste your money

Not sure how to start this... I've been purchasing Simplyhair since I believe 2015. Each year I have a different set due to my indecisiveness. One year its long, another very short, another super light blonde, another dark blonde and then very long light blonde again. Each year the hair is to literally die for, so beautiful and so soft-just perfect. I am a qualified person and I used to apply hair extensions on people too (changed my career now) so I know how to take care of it hens why I still have the hair I've purchased 3 years ago. Now, my last order was very disappointing. I've ordered the IceBlonde which I also ordered back in 2018. (in 2019/20 I had the #60). Sadly, the hair was very bad this time. I had it fitted by my friend with whom I used to work together in the saloon. After only 2 days the hair was tangling, was very harsh and felt super damaged, bear in mind I didn't even wash it yet or used any product on it. I sent it back, I told them its rubbish. I just refuse to pay £170 for such horrible quality. Simplyhair sent the hair back saying there is NOTHING wrong with it and refused to give the money back! Their quality and customer service became very disappointing. I've messaged them again but no one responded. I put the hair back on - what else am I supposed to do! I just lost £170! And I tried everything, every hair extension product probably ever created and still... they feel like I've used them for 2 years! despite wearing them for around 2 weeks only now ;/ I need to remove them cause it really looks awful. Simplyhair used to stand for its quality, I am so mad and disappointed! Its taking advantage of us, sending us bad quality product but still charging us a fortune and then refuses to take it back despite a complaint.
I used to write positive reviews about this brand and ALWAYS referred them to my colleagues from other saloons for their clients, but I simply cannot this time.

Ps. I have attached one strand of my hair extensions from 2019/20 #60 to compare them and to show them the quality difference but all they did was tell me this hair colour was different to the one I've ordered. Well I know that! I explained it in my letter I told them why I am attaching one strand - they have completely ignored the big picture and made me feel like an incompetent person, just because they didn't bother to read my letter explaining why the hair was sent back.

I am so happy I tried simply hair nano tips, the stands are thick and the hair is beautiful and the acrylic tips are so much more comfortable and easy to put into the bead, even though I had to do it all myself with this being lockdown, I have tried most hair extensions companies in the past seven years, never been happy with the weight and fullness of the strands but these are beautifully thick and I didn't need to use as many as I normally would, very happy all round and this is where I will buy all my hair from now on, well done simply hair extensions ♥..... Hair has been washed good few times now, still like silk and no shedding hairs, I am honestly so delighted with these hair extensions, I can honestly see these lasting well over a year, I wish I had tried simplyhair years ago, would have saved me a whole lot of money, I got dark brown and mixed a dark ash blonde with it, lovely combination, the hair is so full of life, can not rant enough about how great the hair is ♥

I wanted to wait a year before writing a review because it’s all about how the hair lasts, not how it feels when it first arrives because even synthetic hair first feels great at first. This hair is still amazing after a year of wear. Defiantly the best extensions I have ever found. At about the year Mark the tips were a little dry and frizzy so I gave them about a 1inch trim and back to new again! I have thin hair and have about 4 packs (80 strands) in my hair. I can’t really speak for the hold of them as I am not too careful as I can put them in myself with ease when one falls out but they seem to hold up very well. I wish they offered longer than 22inch but these are defiantly worth the price!

Good hair. Bought 2 sets in 1 year..
1st set of hair was excellent and lasted over 6 months.
Second batch not so good so I've had to use the first set of hair to fill it out as it had got quite thin within a few months. Amazing that old hair has lasted this long.
I can understand that not all batches are the same so not too bothered by the second batch
