Amazing experience. I was a bit sceptical about laser as I didn't know if it would work on me due to my PCOS syndrome. I started with a small area (underarms). I used to wax it and it was always a nightmare when I had to wait for the hairs to grow before being able to waxing, especially during summer. With the laser treatment I have got amazing results and therefore decided to treat also other areas.After waxing for so many years my skin was suffering a lot as it is very sensitive. My hairs were not growing at the same time and there were many ingrown hairs. I could not believe that after the first treatment the hairs drastically reduced and my ingrown hairs disappeared, and also the quality of the skin improved amazingly. It is a clean and professional clinic that I would highly recommend. Ayse put me instantly at ease, and talked me through the procedure in a warm and professional manner. I bought an initial package of 6 sessions for Brazilian bikini hair removal. I have thick and fast-growing hair, and have always suffered from ingrown hairs with shaving/waxing as I have very sensitive skin. I was very surprised to see results a few weeks after my first session - my hair was growing back much slower and finer, and in places, not at all. It is completely painless and a very quick procedure, especially compared with waxing. I am so happy with the results so far and am about to buy another package to do my legs and underarms. I cannot believe I didn't do it sooner!

I am an Italian man with lots of coarse face hair and would like to keep it clean and tidy especially on my cheeks and between the eyebrows hair.

I decided to try permanent laser hair removal four years ago.

Initially I had a package of 8 laser treatments and later 3 sessions to touch up my face. I recently used my last top up treatment just before lockdown.

I am really happy with my treatment result. Between my eyebrows hardly any hair left, on my cheeks there are very few soft and almost invisible odd hairs left. I don’t get any more razor rash or ingrown hairs, my skin looks much better. Yes, definitely it is a permanent solution for unwanted hair.

When I met Ayse, I was crying in her office because once again I had an ingrowing hair turning into a cyst. This one got solved with some antibiotic but I had to have surgery in the past... I couldn't face this again and decided to use the laser for the bikini. Ayse has been amazing as she first reassured me that this was absolutely not due to a hygiene issue and many other women were facing the same problem. I have no regret and can now enjoy beautiful lingerie without the fear I would end up with another ingrowing hair when I had to wax.

SUPERB service! Very knowledgeable and caring therapist. Struggles with ingrown hair (and the marks) are gone, skin looks and feels smoother. Thought waxing is the only way to minimize the hair growth as I used to shave almost every day and makes me feel more confident but I was wrong. This treatment is the best I could have done for myself.
