I can’t give 5 stars until I have to use an extinguisher. I have a Motorhome with a Lithium battery which is the main reason for purchasing this type of extinguisher. I have to take it on trust that they will do what they are supposed to do.

Original item damaged on arrival. Emailed customer service with photos of damage attached. Response was quick and helpful by agent Kerry and the issue was resolved both quickly and professionally. Would definitely use again and would definitely recommend to others.

We can't praise their customer services enough. We had to return quite a few extinguishers due to our customer changing their mind. Simply Extinguishers organised the return without any complaints and with no surcharges.

I ordered a fire extinguisher for my home. It was out of stock, but I was contacted to let me know, and check if I could wait a couple of days to get it delivered. The courier also contacted me to see if anyone was at home. I thought it was a good service.
