Simply conveyancing has a very well planned out process, well supported by a website that allows you to track progress, upload docs and engage with the solicitor for a property purchase . Communication was frequent and clear via email, text, and website. The advice from the solicitor and attention to detail were excellent. The whole sales process took a bit longer than hoped, but I don’t think this was due to simplyconveyancing.

My contact was a young lady called Samina, she was very helpful, friendly, kept me up to date and made this stressful situation much more bearable, I could not of put mine or my father's trust in anyone betters hands. I am very grateful for her guidance and taking care of everything.

Recommended by my estate agent. Downhill from there. Communication was poor. Nothing is ever explained. You will have to chase chase chase at every stage. What may appear simple never is. Lots of hidden fees. Have to send them the same documents many times over and even screenshot it with annotations before they understand. They will tell you it's the other parties solicitors delaying things. Ask for proof. They deceived me. Crazy proof of funds questions. Staff have no empathy or interest in you. You are not a customer to them. Impersonal service. Sale failed with them and cost me money. Waste of basically half a year.

Vicky was very helpful and patient. The whole process took 3 months from 1st viewing to completion . I'm not good with computers so had to ring to get in touch,calls were always returned and questions answered

My experience has been very good and on the whole someone available to speak to quite quickly and they have had the answers to hand immediately.
The online portal works well so that all parties can see how things are moving and what is outstanding.

Absolutely horrendous—do not even consider using this company. They lost paperwork and there was a complete lack of communication. They had paperwork sitting in front of them for two weeks before they even noticed it was the incorrect form. In the end, I was the one who had to correct it.They are unprofessional in every aspect. Unfortunately, this experience has made us never want to move house again.These are the worst solicitors I have ever dealt with. Even the estate agents who recommended them told us they are horrendous. Please DO NOT consider using this awful company.
In fact if I could give this company zero star I would. Especially when you speak to a line manager to try and get things resolved and they are rude and unhelpful. I will be putting in a formal complaint about this person.
