This company is an absolute shambles, totally unprofessional.
I would give zero stars if that were possible. The communication throughout this process has been absolutely appalling — in fact, I would go as far to say there has been no communication at all. She has had to constantly chase her solicitor for updates, yet she repeatedly ignores her calls, fails to return messages, and only responds to emails after being pressured multiple times. The customer support team has been equally useless, offering no real assistance whatsoever. This complete lack of responsiveness is beyond frustrating — it’s irresponsible and unacceptable. This entire experience has been incredibly stressful, and she is extremely disappointed with how poorly this has been handled.

Having initially wrestled with the online portal, once complete, I was interacting with Richard Muller who was excellent. Richard's approach made a challenging transaction more manageable and I felt like I was in very safe and capable hands. Thanks again Richard.

I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy. After 6 months of being in the process of buying a property, it turned out that our solicitor had not done some basic checks and the process fell through. They made us waste lots of time and money. Communication was terrible. Our solicitor was on sick leave and annual leave for a long time and no one took over our case. They lost a PDF attachment which further delayed the process for another 5 weeks. Their emails were very unclear. Then their manager took over but they were not knowledgeable which resulted in bad advice and more money wasted on our side. At the end we decided to abandon the process, after 6 months, and make a complaint. We received a small compensation- insignificant for all the wasted time and money. I would recommend anyone to avoid this company.

Still waiting for our title deed after 1.5 years. Not recommended.

Due to their oversight, our property was not properly registered after completion. Getting a response takes months, and chasing is always left to us as the clients.

We are now dealing with the consequences of their mistake while they take holidays and we wait. Avoid.

Very poor service. Even after 18 months, we are still chasing our title deed. Proper due diligence should have been carried out during the initial sale, but it clearly wasn't. To make matters worse, they are no longer responding to our enquiries, and we have no direct contact with the solicitors handling the matter.

I would not recommend their services.
