Ms. Masters listened to my issue (temporary need to shut down the 5 GHz channel on my eero mesh network to connect security camera), called a colleague who could perform the temporary shutdown which only Simply Bits could do, and stayed on the line until her colleague reported shutdown successful. I was able to connect the security camera and the 5 GHz channel restarted 15 minutes after the shutdown as promised. On top of that, Ms. Masters called me back later (as she said she would) to confirm everything had worked out OK for me.

I was ready to switch providers and Simply Bits caught my eye. They had good reviews and the real plus was free installation. The person that scheduled me was good and patient with all my questions and the service tech that did the installation was very professional.
Overall, Simply Bits made a good first impression and hope this will continue during my use.
