Polite - Respectful - Dignified….l can’t find anything to fault . Everyone at Simplicity gave my Mother exemplary service and my Brothers and I cannot praise them enough . I would recommend this service to anyone and will do the same when my time comes.

Because I have no remaining family
Because I have no remaining family, I chose SC. The cost and tv ads also became a factor. The staff were/are very helpful guiding us the customer through a very traumatic time. Through every step of the process, they kept me in touch by phone, email and text. I have no hesitation in recommending SC, 10/10.

The whole experience was made simple to understand, we knew step by step what would happen to our loved one and when. The staff all went above and beyond assisting us. I would recommend
Simplicity very highly. They clearly carry their service ethos to the partners they select as the Undertakers returning our loved on showed the utmost respect and were dressed like they were attending a funeral when they delivered the ashes.
Very helpful, professional and dignified, could not have asked for better.

They were very helpful and kind during a really bad time. You are designated one person with a phone line straight through to them if you have any questions, which meant you were not hanging on line and speaking to different people each time.

Excellent company
Arranged funeral plan over the phone it was so easy to set up. The gentleman who I spoke to was very caring, sympathetic as well as professional. Would definitely recommend this company.
