Always up date you on how things are going also if they phone you they are friendly and helpful.

No 1 wants to think about dying,but it happens to us all 1 day.simplicity made the whole think easy and straightforward. All my questions were answered and the lady on the phone was very professional. I did read after on some negative feedback that after 14 days you or a relative have to pay £35 a day for storage,not 100% sure what that was about. But ,im very pleased and now I can sit back knowing the children wont have all the worry of paying for it.100% happy,thankyou.and added bonus i get a £100 gift voucher in 90 days 😀

The people l delt with were really nice and helpful had answers to every question l asked idiot a thing you want to talk about but they helped me do what needed to be done very professional

I cannot praise the simplicity team enough, especially my main contact and advisor Jennifer. Everything was dealt with in a compassionate and gentle way, the cremation of my Mum happened just as the team promised very smoothly with no fuss at all, and I was kept upto date all the way through this traumatic time and I felt like my Mum was in safe and caring hands. I would recommend Simplicity Cremations to anyone.

Spoke to Sales person called Sally. There was, a lot of the time, Hard Sell type tactics (urgency/high pressure vibes) and at times abrupt. Maybe it was an off day for Sally? I have written this with the aim of this type of scenario not occurring again. I have registered with another provider.
