Highly recommended for waxing!
Second time at the Ilford branch for waxing and as always, had a wonderful service with my therapist Rina. She’s absolutely brilliant at what she does and very professional, knowledgeable and reassuring. Could not recommend this place and specifically her more!!!

I had an eyelash lift and tint and I was looked after by Kim and she was absolutely amazing. Very kind and informative. She made my first experience really calm and relaxing. And the results absolutely blew me away. I would highly recommend Shumailas and definitely Kim.

Excellent place for skin tag removals
I had a pleasant experience at this clinic today. I recently enquired about the removal of skin tags and was contacted straight away about a consultation. The staff were extremely polite and friendly and were flexible when booking me in. When I attended the consultation, I was greeted by the main consultant Nazia who was very friendly and polite. She took me through the steps of the procedure and said they could do the treatment straight away. The lady who performed the procedure was Upneet, she was very nice and friendly and made me feel very comfortable. She took care of me and made sure I was feeling ok throughout. I would definitely recommend this clinic for any women looking to remove skin tags. Its also hijab friendly and perfect for women who need privacy.

My family and I have been going to Shumaila’s for years and have always been taken care of. Whether I needed threading, waxing, or my latest treatment, laser hair removal, I have put my faith in Simran to deliver results every time. I believe that knowing what’s best for your client is key, and ever since Simran has taken lead on my treatments, she has shown the exceptional ability to balance maintaining a professional level of work and create a welcoming and relaxing environment. Already after the first treatment I am seeing results, and with their packages, I know I am definitely getting my moneys worth every time. I look forward to the next treatment and many more to come!

Doing laser hair removal with Simran and it’s an amazing experience. So much care during the process and amazing care after with good healing advice. The results after session one were so satisfying and reassuring and now after finishing my second session I’m feeling so happy with this decision.
