no active tracking number, no customer service. I think is a scam

Made a purchase 4 months ago and never received it.

I ordered from here 11 months ago and I STILL haven't received my order, every time I contact them about it they respond by saying my order will ship "soon". I tried to issue for a refund but they just kept saying that my order will ship to me soon, I ordered 100$ worth of items and none of them have come yet. Complete waste of money and scam, do not buy

I ordered three shirts on September 21, 2021. It is now January 4, 2022 and I am just now receiving my package. I had previously submitted a request for a refund and was told that my items were being shipped and there was a backlog, which makes sense given what is happening with all the shipping problems. The person responding was very kind and explained the situation. However, upon opening my package today, the three shirts I bought were of terrible quality. One of the shirts was basically sheer and the print felt like paper. All three were coming apart at the seams. The sizes on the store were not exact and the shirts style advertised on the website do not match the style of the shirts I received. I requested a refund and am waiting for an update. Wish me luck.

I ordered something in March '21, got an order confirmation, then nothing. Waited until may until i complained, was told several times that they would ship "soon". I forgot about it until the beginning of SEPTEMBER, then i had to fight to even get a new mail with a tracking number. It's now been 1 month since it said it shipped, i hope i get the product at all. Ridiculous company, DO NOT buy from.

Pendant plus d'un mois ils n'arrêtaient pas de me dire que mon colis serait bientôt envoyé. J'en ai eu mare et ai demandé un remboursement mais comme personne je me répondais, j'ai utilisé le système de litige de PayPal.
Ensuite j'ai reçu un mail me demandant de retirer le litige et que mon produit serait ENCORE bientôt envoyé.
Évidemment il ne s'est rien passé. Pendant encore un mois j'ai constamment relancé le service client qui me répondais toujours la même chose.
Enfin, ils ont finalement accepté de me rembourser à condition que je retire le litige PayPal (que j'avais déjà retiré depuis plus d'un mois)
Bref, nul.

I waited about 3 months and never received even an order confirmation for the blouse I bought, though they had no problem taking my money right away. Weirdly, the payment went to what looked like someone’s private gmail and not even a gmail with the site’s name, which was a red flag to me but I let it go thinking this was maybe a small business. It’s clear to me now that this is either some kind of scam or extremely poorly-run, and judging by all the similar reviews I’m going with the former. You can’t even complain to them without an order ID, which is convenient when they clearly don’t always send those! If you still want to order from them, make sure you use paypal or something similar that can refund your money, but my real recommendation would be to go to one of the other sites with similar items.

Complete scam. Wish I could give it 0 stars. Ordered a cardigan off of Instagram and it never came. Kept getting emails every month or so saying it was on the way but I am sure it's not coming, considering the other reviews and the fact that it's been almost 6 months. I never write reviews but this made me mad enough to actually write one. Please don't buy anything from here unless you want to be completely ripped off for whatever reason.

Like many others on this site, I ordered an item on December 8 for a Christmas gift. I did attempt to contact them many times, only to be told my item was ready to be shipped. when it still had not been shipped in mid-January, I asked to cancel my order. They said --oh, too late, it was just shipped! It's now March 23rd and the tracking number shows the item was picked up in China on January 27, and there has been no movement since. Meanwhile they have my money. What a scam.

Update as of 4/14 - status on shipping site has not changed since January 27. It still says it has been picked up by the shipper but has not shipped. Since my daughter saw this company on Instagram, I reported them to Instagram as a scam. Not sure if one person reporting will make a difference, but I don't expect to ever get my money back or the items I ordered, therefore I consider that a scam on all counts.

If I could give no stars, I would. Do not buy anything from this company. Months of waiting. No delivery and no communication from the seller.

Terrible. Ordered 3 items on Dec 4. It is now March 12 and only got 1 of my items which doesn't even match the picture or description. I've been fighting to get my money back for at least a week now. The worst company I've ever ordered from. There isn't even a number to contact them. This company needs to be shut down. Absolutely horrible. Lesson learned.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! The customer service is terrible. I ordered a hoodie three months ago, for a Christmas present and it has still not arrived. I have had no emails about my package and there is no way to contact them.

It is getting worse

After waiting more than 50 days with terrible service experiences, only one of four items arrived. Nobody from Shop your kind told me, that just one item would arrive. What about the four other items I ordered and paid 54 days ago? If there would be any kind of pro active information, I could be patience. But in this case, I'm more than disapointed.
Bad service, poor cummunication. Why can't they be honest? Why do you have to lie at shop your kind?

This shop is reliable if you're looking for a good quality fabric. It's my second time shopping from this website and I'm totally satisfied.

I would just like other people to be cautious when buying from this shop. I waited from October 15 tNovember first to get my order processed. On the site they do not give you a tracking number you have to ask for it. On top of that the tracking number only works for one site and the dates aren’t correct(not even sure if it were a real tracking number). In the end I never got my package despite them saying I did. Contacted UPS am no such package exists. Please don’t get tricked like I did.

Awful shop. I can live with the long shipping (25 days), but I am not satisfied with the shirt I received. I wanted to log into my account but was refused and told my email and username are wrong. Funny, the second was sent via mail so both data are correct. ShopYourKind never answered my mails. I will never order from this shop again. I ordered from other China shops too, ShopYouKind was the only bad shop until now

the shirt I ordered is perfect, honestly one of my favorite shirts ever. HOWEVER. it took over 3 months to deliver. 3 MONTHS!!! That's absolutely absurd. if you're willing to wait that long, go for it. but you can probably find all the same clothing on a different site for the same price.

What a bad site. I hate it. Got my hoodie in way to small. It was damaged, it took awfully long and I didn’t get the full amount of my money back. I couldn’t find a return label so now I’m stuck with it and will never be able to wear it. Really bad. Do not shop here!

I like how the website is structured as "kinds". The free Worldwide shipping option, it takes about 10 days to arrive to Germany.

I love their clothing and everything they have is adorable :) would definitely recommend to others
