Brilliant server

Brilliant server, I have worked here for a decent amount of time now. The staff are brilliant most of the time and are very helpful, The seniors beside myself always try there best when it comes to the community and staff, they enforce well but are still fair no matter what. Thank you for letting me be staff and thank you for being the best server.

This is a great company, I have had some past exoeriance that was terrible, but after the remodeling, and new staff team, it is a great company. I highly suggest them, they are trustworthy, but do take some time!

This is the worst company I have bought from...

This is the worst company I have bought from, and that says a lot. I ordered 4 SOP's and a community handbook. I was told I was annoying, and he actually threatened to purposely delay giving me the products. They ended up not having a community handbook even though they are selling it. After the situation, he gave me another SOP. He ended up taking just about $10.00 USD from me, so I created a new ticket asking for it and they refused to give it to me, he would not admit he was at fault for selling me something he does not have. Long story short he would not give me my money and I said I would go to PayPal and see how they would deal with it. In the middle of the ticket, he decided to take away my discount I had and really long story short he banned me from the server.

You are not sorry at all. Do not act like you are a caring business. I did not agree on anything, and when you are still lying about things which is concerning. You are claiming you did not ban me, I clearly have it on video. If anyone would like to see the video, message me on Discord, BrilliantSmiles#3948. It's also funny how in PayPal when we were talking there, after I asked for proof of when I said that, you ghosted me and PayPal and it looks like PayPal has refunded me my money back. I was indeed also told in the ticket that he would purposely delay my products, which I also have proof of.

Sorry you felt that way, But it would appear that you actually agreed on a compromise with the team for a different product with no partial refund. You confirmed receipt of your product and reiterated that you did not want a partial refund.

Regarding any threats made towards you, No threats were made and there certainly was nothing regarding a purposeful delay in the transcripts.

You were also not removed from the support server, You left on your own accord.

Right so, thank you for accusing us of lying, appreciate it. First of all, you agreed to the product substitution offer we had made to you when we had told you that we no longer offered the product you wanted. You then agreed that NO refund would be issued as in line with our Terms of Service, the terms of service in which you have violated.

Second of all, nobody in your ticket had said that your products would even be delayed.

Third of all, any moderation actions you received were nothing to do with the staff handling your case.
After speaking with the person whom issued the moderation action, he informed me that the reason you received it is you had started calling someone a racial slur in a public chat channel.

Upon rereview of this case we have found that you have:
1) Violated our terms of service which clearly state no refunds will be issued
2) You violated our chat rules and in turn were moderated accordingly

As a final message from the Team at InStyle, Please do not attempt to rejoin or make contact with the team. We do not deem you welcome in our community.

Great Products!

Staff Was Very Helpful And Respectful The Wait Was A Bit Long But It Did Not Matter Because The 3 CAD's I Received Were Amazing And I Was Very Satisfied!
