Ordered shoes for a child's birthday, over a month in advance. Find out item is backordered, they claim to have sent a postcard! Never received anything! Called 35 days after order 4 days after the party to see if they are shipped, no one knows all rude older ladies working cannot help in any way. Actually suggest getting a different size?!? Very rude , it was like talking to a school secretary from the 70's!! Do not do business with these people!

Okay so I barely write reviews but I felt obligated to for this one based on the reviews here. I ran into ShoeMall on the shop section of a google search for some Tommy Hilfiger slides that were sold out in my size at discount sites like Nordstrom Rack, etc. Like with all sites that aren't well known, I looked up trusted reviews. Man did this site get hammered with negativity and even all the positive ones sounded the same which was "couldn't find them elsewhere, sold out everywhere, took the chance and it was fine," which funny enough was my situation and outcome so I laughed at that. Anyways, those comments usually make me write it off but I really wanted these slides to match these US flag socks I have for 4th of July and ShoeMall was linked to my Rakuten which told me it was a legit place to buy from at the very least. So along with that, being 10% cash back with Rakuten, a site discount making it closer to the Nordstrom Rack price, and more importantly it not being a high priced item, I took the chance. I used my Citi card and it was flagged as fraud, which was weird and worrisome at first. I clicked Yes that it was indeed me who made the purchase and that was that. I got a ShoeMall confirmation that day. I got a shipping confirmation the next day. From the time I ordered, which was late Tuesday night, I got my order via Fed Ex (which delivers on Sundays) on Sunday. Now these were low cost slides, so who knows the deal with higher more complexed orders but I had absolutely no issue with my order. Item and size were correct. Shipping was just fine for free shipping which was about what, 5 days from when I put the order? Absolutely no negatives what so ever.

Ordered shoes May 28. Now June 9th and still no shoes. I wonder did they ask Paul Revere to deliver them by horseback... ShoeMall SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1 star is generous! Ordered diabetic sneakers, velcro closures. Sent wrong colors with regular shoes laces. After 48 minutes on hold for customer service, was able to process a return and sent them back. Reordered, and got right velcro ties but on a heavy on a black leather diabetic shoe, not lightweight suede sneaker. Sent them back via Fedex tracking i know those shoes were received back at shoe mall 3 days ago....but still no refund. I was clear in my correspondence and conversation i wanted a refund, not another incorrect order. The diabetic shoes/ sneakers are 186.00.
Just spent 1 hour and 8 minutes listening to "musac"before a young gentleman picked up.....I gave brief explanation with order number , dates, documented return date via post office and documented receive date by their company and asked when i could expect monies to be refunded. I was told I "should" have it refunded to my bank used for payment by the end of this week...I reminded him that the end ofvthe week was tomorrow....he stated they are also open on Saturday and i could call back then if its not returned at that time.

I would highly recommend NEVER doing business with this company. This was my second attempt, only because they have, or claim to have, the diabetic sneakers we needed.
I plan on following up this public complaint with Better Business
and will update on here with the stays of the pending refund.

Horrible dealing with all around. If they had negative star reviews that’s where I would rate them.
I placed an order 4 days ago that were in stock and showing Available to ship the next day. So the next day comes and goes order status does not change. Log in the next day, they show to ship that day also, log in the following day and they show to ship that day....and so on and so on. After emailing twice, no response despite the fact they claim “to respond within 24 hours”. So I decided to call, another waste of complete time. The only thing a supervisor could tell me was he could only tell me the same thing I saw, which was it was available to ship that day....I proceeded on questioning him further. I asked him if the order was lost, misrouted or exactly what the order status was. He then tells me it’s on back order, despite the fact that it had stated it is available to ship the last 4 days and when I logged in it does not mention that anywhere they are on backorder.
So good luck getting your product, anyone that will respond and tell the truth, and getting a valid order status online. After I told him these were a birthday gift, and according to their shipping times I should receive this within the next seven days, I asked him if I would receive them, his response was probably not. He could have cared less about my length of time on hold for 90 minutes or the two emails I sent with no response.

There isn't one thing they do that isn't a lie. The price offered? Not true. The shipping date? Not true. So If the price isn't real... And the shipping date isn't real.... Double u tee eff!?.... IS REAL?!?! Had to have my bank fight them over what they never sent me and never showed up. They didn't offer to quick send me my order or anything. They just told me my order was shipped and that's the end of their service. Fed Ex claims it was delivered. Im just out 50 dollars... That's not even my loss. The loss is those slippers were a gift I failed to give. I look like a failure and a liar because I gave my money and trust. Shame on me once. You can bet it won't be twice.

I can honestly say that I had a great experience with them. I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I got my purse quickly and it looks to be genuine, the quality I'd expect. I bought the same brand from a different retailer and the product I recieved from Shoemall looks to be equal. I'm not discounting the issues others have had but my experience was great. I'd definitely buy again.

This is the first time I purchased anything from ShoeMall. Reading some of the reviews, I was hesitant. I am so glad that I took a chance because I had nothing but a positive buying experience. I found the Free People pants that nobody else had, got them at 25% off with free shipping, and they were shipped out quickly. I will certainly purchase from ShoeMall again. I'm sorry that other shoppers didn't have the same positive experience I had. A+++

ShoeMall had a sale and I was excited to use the discount on a pair of shoes. The discount did not apply. When I looked through the brand exclusions list, the brand I was trying to order, was not listed as excluded from the sale. I called customer service.

The first person told me the brand wasn’t on the list and theoretically should receive a discount. She couldn’t do it though, so she transferred me to the person above her. That person was rude and incompetent. She told me that some brands are excluded from sale (exclusion list?) and she can’t control it. I reiterated that if something is to be excluded from the sale, it should be listed on the exclusion list. When she could not get me to agree, she hung up on me. I spent 45 minutes on the phone.

I sent an email to customer service as well and didn’t hear back. Their site touts 24 hour replies.

I ordered Osmond Walking Cradle shoes and they were delivered in less than a week. They are in perfect condition and exactly as stated. I will order again from Shoe Mall.

Was hesitant to order from ShoeMall given all the negative reviews - especially with respect to returns - but my experience could not have been any better! Shoe Mall was literally the only online retailer that had a specific Saucony shoe that I desperately wanted in my size. I took the risk and ordered from them, and I am incredibly happy I did. I got exactly what I ordered, which I could find NOWHERE else, and it arrived to me in just two days with standard shipping (granted, it was shipped from just one state away). There was a generous President's Day discount applied to my purchase as well! Overall, I am an incredibly satisfied customer, and will not hesitate to purchase from this retailer again!

This was my first and last time ordering from ShoeMall. It took forever to receive my order that unfortunately I had to return. It has been 3 weeks now and still waiting on refund. Extremely slow.

I ordered a pair of shoes that was in stock then before the night .I didn't get the shoes. They claimed they sold out but when I placed the order on January- 24-2020 they had them in stock. But now they are on back order and no guaranteed that I will even be able to receive any. I was treated bad from the supervisor she was rude to me. If you order something you should be guaranteed to get what you ordered. The company should guaranteed that you receive what you ordered. I asked the supervisor would they notify me when they get there shipping in. She said no.! That's wrong when you order something and they tell you have to wait on a back order, you should be one of the first to be notified. The company needs to do something about this

My order took a long time to arrive (9 days). Then the size of the slipper was wrong, making it too small. Finally, the company refused to pay for the return shipping! The customer service supervisor was adamant that "we don't guarantee sizes!".

It's easy to pick the next size up in a shoe when you're shopping in a bricks and mortar shoe store. But this online retailer doesn't do enough to verify the shoe sizes from its manufacturers, and won't stand behind its products.

Steer clear.

After reading many bad reviews, I was skeptical about this company. Ordering was a breeze; I even received 30% off! It was also handy that they provided a shipping tracking number. I received my Merrell boots today and couldn’t be more pleased! I would have given a five star review if the shipping time was reduced. They did come in the allotted time frame, but still took forever!

Very very disappointed with this site! I called a few weeks before placing an order to make sure it would arrive before Christmas. I was guaranteed that it would arrive in plenty of time. After tracking my order I know see it will not be here till after Christmas! How disappointing! When I called was put on hold for a very long time to then deal with unhelpful unpleasant staff! Will never shop there again!!

If I could give 0 stars I would! They have the worst incompetent customer service ever! They were unable to provide me any information on my order, if it’s shipped, when it shipped and the tracking number. Furthermore, the supervisor hung up on me. DO NOT do business with Shoe Mall!

Worst customer service. Placed an order called to check correct size. Representative said not available she canceled order. I double checked and it was placed 2nd order. Both transactions pending with bank. I was told 24 hrs then 48 hrs then the next day canceled order will drop off. 72 hrs later canceled order still processing with bank. Supervisor was obnoxious and said if I want my money back have the bank call them and she wasn't going to argue with me Her name is Jessie. Bank has nothing from them for the canceled order. I have to wait 5-7 days to see if it falls off . AVOID SHOEMALL!

I will never order from this site again! They cancelled my order they were supposed to ship 4mo ago without even notifying me! I been waiting patiently for my shoes, did not look anywhere else hoping they will come eventually...Every day they clog my email with their "big coupon:30%off". To Spam it goes from now on!
They really suck!
