I was really hesitant to shop at ShoeMall after reading reviews here, but they were the only retailer with the shoes I wanted available in my size. My transaction was flawless. I ordered a pair of sandals from a brand I've worn before, so I wasn't anticipating any fit or quality issues. The shoes arrived within a week, nicely packaged, and without any issues (brand new, never worn, no scuffs or marks). I'm very pleased with ShoeMall and will shop there again.

Worst shoe company I have ever ordered from. I returned two pair of shoes. I did not receive my refund for one pair until six weeks later. Regarding the second pair, I received no refund. I have spoken to customer service a number of times but, to know avail. I am never to see my refund. Goodbye forever to ShoeMall.

Worst customer service ever. They made the mistake and shipped it to the wrong address but would not give me a refund or reship it to the correct address. Worst company ever. Shop at Amazon. You will receive much better customer service. The rep stated the company made the mistake and the manager scolded him for saying the truth. What a joke. I will not ever recommend this company nor will I ever buy anything from them again.

Very poor customer service. I never got my product, and company refused to issue refund even though shipment 10 days late. Kept telling me to "give it a few more days." Don't buy from them!

Took forever to ship, almost 3 months. Shoe sizes do not run true! Ordered a size bigger than normal, but still too small. They have to be returned. They charge $9 to return the shoes. Absolute scam. Avoid at any cost.

ZERO stars if I could! HOW DOES SHOEMALL GET AWAY WITH SCAMMING SHOPPERS?!? Same story as noted many times, placed order on 11/22/2022 for item PRETENDING to be IN-STOCK then immediately after order email confirmation received we get another email stating UGG shoes on BACKORDER NOT EXPECTED TO SHIP UNTIL JANUARY 20th?!? Paid with PayPal and UNABLE TO CANCEL until the order is completely entered into SHOEMALL's system!! After waiting 30 min on hold, the CS rep just told me to try calling back 2-4 days later to CANCEL?!? ARE YOU FRICKIN' KIDDING ME?!? SHOEMALL SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN FOR FRAUD!!!

after reading all of the negative reviews i had to write one myself. i ordered a purse, which arrived ahead of schedule and a pair of shoe. i had to return the shoes for a larger size and everything went smoothly, no problems, no complaints. will buy again from the shoemall.

THIS COMPANY'S CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ONE OF THE WORST I HAVE EVER HAD THE EXPERIENCE OF DEALING WITH. MY ORDER WAS SHIPPED AND FEDEX DROPPED IT OFF AT THE WRONG HOUSE, EMAILED THEM BOTH PICTURES AS PROVE AND ASK THEM TO ADDRESS THE ISSUE WITH FEDEX. I WAS TOLD THAT I HAVE TO WAIT TO RECEIVE A TRACER FORM FROM THEM, TO COMPLETE IT AND SEND IT BACK VIA US POSTAL SERVICE, ONCE THEY RECEIVE IT THE TRACER WILL FILED WITH FEDEX, IN THE MEAN TIME I HAVE TO WAIT FOR SHOWMALL TO DECIDE IF THEY SEND ME THE PRODUCTS AGAIN OR REFUND MY MONEY. FIRST TIME CUSTOMER AND GOING THROUGH THIS NIGHTMARE MAKING IT WORST BY THIS UNREASONABLE DELAY IN ADDRESSING THIS SIMPLE PROBLEM THAT I DID NOT CREATE. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND STAYING AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I GIVE THEM A BIG ZERO RATING

Ordered a pair of Uggs that Shoe Mall indicated as being in stock and ready to ship. After 3 business days, my order was still processing and had not shipped. I emailed customer service and they said item was actually backordered and that there is no estimated date as to when it’ll be back 😐. I have since cancelled my order and will not be buying from Shoe Mall again. Plus I read their return policy and they charge $8.95 for returns.

NEVER buy from ShoeMall. First, my "in-stock" order for which I paid extra $25 for 1-3 day delivery was delayed for weeks,then the wrong size was delivered. I was denied refund for the extra delivery charge AND I was charged for the return shipping. Weeks later after my return was acknowledged, I have still not received my credit. Every time I call after a waiting period they specify, they simply add a new waiting period. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get a refund and their customer service "supervisors" are trained to be rude and abusive and then hang up on you. THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM.

Returned 3 pairs of shoes the day after receiving them. Ordered a different size. I was aware that I would have to pay for the return shipping label. Five weeks have passed and no refund! When I called after one month, I was told I should receive it in 10 days. Never happened. Called today and was told to wait another two weeks and that they do not refund the tax. How can they not refund my tax. Any other company on the internet refunds your tax on a return. This cannot be legal. Asked for final amount of my refund which she did not provide. I will never order from this company again also having to deal with overseas customer service who could care less.

Yesterday, I received my Tie Dye Skechers(Style 565972). That 8W is perfect. I LOVE MY TIE DYE SKECHERS!!! Thank you so much!!!

My wife ordered my new balance from shoemall because the particular color/style I wanted was out of stock at every walk in store including footlocker and champs as well as diks sporting goods(wouldn’t let me type the actual name). Shoes arrived on time without issue through fedex! Just a little word of advice to future review readers/potential customers, IF YOU DONT KNOW YOUR SHOE SIZE DONT ORDER SHOES ONLINE..(not yelling just emphasizing..) only concern I did have at first was the box the shoes came in it wasn’t a new balance box just a generic brown box. I’ve owned probably 15 pairs of NB over the past 20 years or so and they’ve always came in a NB box either way the shoes are legit and sized just right!! Will most likely order from them again.

I returned my purchase on 4/21/2022, they received the shoes back on 4/29/2022. I still have not received my refund. I have sent 2 emails to customer service with no response. I will never order from Shoe Mall again.

Horrible customer service! Took money out of account day shoes shipped. Package lost and they will not replace or refund till they file in 15 days with fedex. So I’m out money and no shoes.

They have the worst shipping EVER!! And they make you pay for it!! 12 days for shipping??? I have had faster service from China!! Use shoebacca instead my wife did same day and was wearing her shoes 7 days before I even got mine!! Read the other reviews and you'll find their customer service is some of the worst!! Never again!!

Ordeted shoes in January 4, 2022. Emailed 2 days later that they were backordered until February 25th.

Called on February 25th informed they were backordered until MAY. Yeah I said MAY.
I got the boots on sale I believe the company didn't want to ship at that price.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...

We needed to expedite shoes within 5 days for an upcoming trip. Other online companies admitted dates were not possible. Shoemall promises 3 day delivery for an additional $25.
We are ready to go but without the product. The original shoe cost was $34 plus tax plus $25 delivery fee. We basically paid double! They do NOT tell you that USPS is a subcontrator of fedex so when we track through the fedex website, the package is "delayed".
Its no wonder they only have 2 stars. Truely wish I had reviewed this company before purchase.
AVOID!!!

I ordered a pair of Toe warmer boots.. the arrived quickly.. less than a week. The customer service was great when I called im to order them.. I had them shipped to a different address than on my credit card. I have no complaints.. they arrived securely packaged. I will order from them again.

The WORST! They charge you to return items that are sized improperly. I take a 7m but the shoes did not fit. Why would you ever deal with them when ALL competitors make returns easy and free. Don’t ever buy from them. I will post this everywhere I can and as often as I can. What a rip-off company!!!
