On March 26, 2024, three months ago, I bought Skechers shoes from Shoemail through Amazon, and in only three months the shoes were ruined and broken on the inside. I wear these shoes for about 45 minutes four or five days a week and it isn't fair that I paid 90-something dollars for a defective product that lasted three months. I contacted Shoemall and they didn't want to refund my money saying that 60 days had passed and told me to talk to the manufacturer. I contacted Shoemall because they sold the shoes, not the manufacturer, my feet were hurting and realized that it was because the inside of the shoes was broken and ruined. This company is a big fraud.

I bought 4 pairs of shoes just to keep shoes in stock at home for when i need them. Some were on backorder. No biggie. So i start wearing a pair of them and within 2 months only the left shoe starts to squeek like LOUD on every single step. Even on carpet, all everybody hears is my left shoe SQUEEK SQUEEK SQUEEK. Obviously a craftsmanship defect. They havent even been worn everyday for those 2 months. Contacted Shoemall cuz i had just spent almost $400 and they were barely 2 months old out of the box. They basically told me to pound sand. Excuse me?? Even on the brand new ones STILL in the boxes because it is over their 60day return policy. Threw away a brand new pair of shoes. Never EVER buying from them again. What a bunch of BS customer service/satisfaction!!! Never again!!!!

Spent £22 on shoe rack which never came , this company is a scam

ordered the item by mistake and after 10 minutes I tried to cancel the order, but I could not, they said it was being processed. now when the item comes I have to pay for return postage. you should be able to cancel and order. I will not order from them again!

This company is a fraud...ordered some 159 dollars ugg boots through Amazon..well they took my money and then a label was created so that the information was sent to fedex and their was a tracking number but.....the package never moved ...fed ex never recieved the package and so when the boots were not delivered on thr delivery date I contacted Amazon and they could see that there were no updates and the package was never given to fed ex so I was lucky to get a full refund from amazon and an apology from amazon...whoever this shoemall is they are scammers and they should not be able to get away with this and Amazon says they are gonna do an investigation becus soemthung was very fishy about the whole transaction so you have to be careful when you order from amazon to make sure that the seller is trustworthy ..if I could give shoe mall minus a dozen stars I would..

Ordered shoes on 11/27/23, received notice on 12/7/23 they shipped, today is 1/2/24 and I just completed my 4th extended call (to either them or fed-ex, dont know which company is worse) trying to locate the product I ordered ( the tracking # they gave me shows the product on a truck out for delivery on 12/13/223). Upon requesting to speak to a supervisor I was again informed they will do nothing until the parcel has been missing for 15 "business" days from last tracking? I literally asked them if they were joking ? 37 days since I ordered and they told me to call back on day 40 and they will start the refund/replacement process ? DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR, DONT EVER ORDER ANYTHING ON THIS SIGHT !

Recieved shoes I’ve had these exact shoes a few times previously from other sellers. Their shoes lasted a few months, opposed to the competitors that lasted me a few years. I suspect they’re selling counterfeits or heavily seconded shoes. Won’t return or honor warranty. Will have to chargeback. Avoid this company.

I've only seen bad reviews about this site, which made me doubt the authenticity of the place. However, after placing my order, the item shipped in the next two business days, according to their policy. I ordered on a Friday, and it was shipped the following Tuesday. The item arrived on Thursday, and it was exactly what I ordered: a discontinued, hard -to-find, new Jacket, which I got for with a great discount using a promo code. In other words, I'm pleased with this site. I imagine most people placing reviews are just the ones who have had bad experiences, so I wanted to balance things out a bit. I would 100% buy something from this site again.

Ordered Sketcher slides, only place online that I found the specific style that I needed. Instead, I received Easy Spirit sandals shipped in a Sketchers box. I returned them, but firstbcontacted Customer Service to advise that I should not be charged $ 8.95 for "return shipping" when they did not fulfill the order correctly. We'll see how long it takes for a refund and how much they refund. I should have looked at reviews before ordering. Did not give them a second chance, this is a first and last time order.

It's scam for sellers, You do not enter there as a seller, they only draw you orders that you have to pay and they freeze money that you invest in that I think that I will not be able to get money that is already there, they have nothing to do with Tesco

Completley incorrect goods recevied. Trying to contact them is useless.

Ordered a pair of shoes with he same Brandname (New Balance), style(sneakers with a crossover fastening), and size (12 Wide). Shoes sent are too tight and the crossover straps are too short. They do not look to be a genuine New Balance product. Hope to get a full refund soon.

Terrible experience. Took 10 days to receive my order. Long wait times for refund. Runaround from customer service. Lies about about how long it takes to process refunds. I’ve been waiting 2 and a half weeks for refund. Still waiting. I get a different answer each time I call. Will never use Shoemall.com again!

I ordered mens sketcher shoes and received wrong size, I returned and they received on JUNE 7TH and said 10 days to get my refund here it is the 20th of JUNE and no refund yet. Would never buy from again.

Took it upon them selfs to cancel my order and gave me no reason why please no one order from this company they are horrible

I purchased two pairs of shoes and used one of their coupons. A week later they canceled my order because the price was too low they said. I talked to a supervisor and was told they reserve the right do what they wanted. I couldn’t believe it.

I ordered from ShoeMall but through Amazon. Shipping was doing fine until today when I got a message from Amazon saying that FedEx SmartPost was not able to deliver the package. No where did ShoeMall ever state that there had to be a signature for the item to be delivered. The purpose in having something shipped to your home is so you don't have to go to the store to pick it up. So now I have to drive 30 miles to my FedEx Hub just to pick up the order. Buyer beware!

If I could leave zero stars I would. They sent me some shoes I didn't order. The old bait and switch, a photo of some shoes different than what you are sent by them. Steel toed shoes that look different than what I ordered. Im not allowed to wear steel toed shoes at my job. Not cool. You won't find any return option on their website. RUN!

I guess I should have read the reviews on this company before I ordered. The shoes did not fit and they were returned promptly. After many attempts to get a refund to no avail. I then received the shoes back after 8 months later. Customer service stated that I waited too long to return. Where have these shoes been for 8 months? Worst service that I have ever encountered. Never, never buy from this company again!!

I think I got fake knockoffs of the normal shoe I get. Or the quality has gone way down. I get the same work boot’s every 1-2 years. Never had a problem before but this year when I got the boots they start falling apart after only a few months. I contacted shoe mall and they only offered a 60 day return. Last pair I will purchase from shoe mall.
