My order arrive perfectly on time and I had no issues with my order arrival. I ordered a two piece bikini and the matching maxi skirt, and it’s gorgeous! The fabric is thick and looks just like the pictures, I got so many compliments! Definitely ordering again.

Sent me the wrong order of two bottoms instead of a bottom and top. It’s been roughly two weeks and they are now ignoring my emails and I haven’t received any bikini top. I want my refund of £50….

We absolutely want to put this right for you. We can either send out the correct bikini top to you immediately with shipping at no extra cost, or process a full refund of £50 whichever you would prefer.
Very poor communication
Very poor communication. Non responsive. Ordered a bikini, size was not right and emailed a number of times about returning - No response. I have returned the item nonetheless and now raised a dispute with my card issuer to get my money back. £108 for a bikini and such poor service is abysmal.

Ordered a bikini top on the 6th and…
Ordered a bikini top on the 6th and paid for next day delivery. Some of the sizes said pre order but the size I needed didn’t say anything about pre order so I assumed they had it on hand. I’ve emailed twice and messaged on instagram and commented on their post but haven’t received any reply or a dispatch email. Disheartening when you pay extra for express delivery and get ghosted by the brand

DO NOT BUY. Poor communication. Item only arrived after I posted negative comments on instagram. When it arrived, it was too small so I requested an exchange / refund - this was ignored. I’ll be submitting a charge back via my bank account shortly.
Update: The seller has responded to my review (below) wrongly suggesting that I would hear from them via email, but you won’t be surprised that I did not hear a thing.
