This stupid company is so useless, their service isnt even up to any standard, cant verify simple request, student ID require showing every single detail they asked for and not once did they put me eligible for YT music, and ive already used the same documents for all the other services and they poses no problem at all, sheer ID is a shame of a service and needs to be put out of work if their bad service continue

My circumstances are unchanged from prior applications and they denied me, were rude about it when I asked for a reason and said they wouldn’t be giving a reason. Takes days to answer emails. Just a rubbish system with horrible people working there

Response was very prompt and well-detailed. The first email/support that I ever sent went unanswered, so I didn't have much hope when I raised this last one.

The last one was fast and fixed the issue and provided encouraging next steps.

i am a student, i always pay 75 but tofay spotify charge me 169 instead of 75. I am still a student 4th year college to be exact. can i still get a refund? i am a working student and money is so tight right now. thank you in advance

Garbage online verification system and poor customer support. There's no online chat or phone number for live support, and after you submit a request for assistance, the automated message they'll get back to you in a couple days. Unbelieveable in 2026. I don't know why any large corporation relies on SheerID for military service verification. Their system returns error messages every time. ID.me is much more reliable and has a better customer experience.
