I ordered a burgundy dress for my formal in a few months, it came exactly when it said it would (was given a time frame of 6 days for it to arrive and came on the 6th day). I absolutely love the colour, it looks just like the picture on the website, it is a beautiful material and the fit is perfect, i got a straight size (not a custom fit) and it fits perfectly, the length is a little long but that can easily be taken up. I thought the fabric was going to be a slightly cheaper quality based on the price but it is heavy and thick and absolutely perfect for the style of dress, absolutely no flying away in the wind causing embarrassment coming from this dress. They emailed me several times checking the measurements and updating me on the postage location. Overall I am super impressed with their service and would definitely order from there again.

I am so mad at this company. They promised me my dress by May 20th for my wedding. It is May 20th and they JUST sent out my dress. My wedding is in two days. After a few emails they finally remembered to send it to me. Have no idea how it will look but I can't use it anymore and they will not respond about giving me a refund. 258.00 down the drain and lots of wasted time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are a Chinese scam. I not only emailed them with zero reply but had a chat with a "salesperson" who said "We sent the dress several days ago. But the delivery company didn't pick up the package in time." This is total BS. Save your money.

Received a beautifully made dress but didn't do my due diligence in measuring my 4 year old exactly to their measurements because I assumed "child 4" meant of the age of 4 years old. The dress instead fits my 9 year old daughter but the arm holes are too small. The company refuses to refund even though I have requested multiple times. I just feel that it is poor customer service. Make sure you measure EXACTLY and if it is still sent to your disliking, don't expect a refund. They won't accept the request nor will your shipping costs be worth it.

This company, operating as Sheergirl, is a scam! They sent me a dress that bears no resemblance to the "wedding" dress that I purchased (with express shipping on top of that, which was not honored, as they forgot to make my dress until I emailed them). Now they will not respond to me at all about a refund or any other solution. My wedding is next week! What an awful company!

Very happy with my dress and I got the delivery just in time. I would definitely purchase again.

Nothing is like the images because the images posted on 95% of their items ARE NOT MADE BY THIS COMPANY! They steal images from photographers and dress designers without their permission and then falsely mislead their customers into thinking they are buying this premium product. They are committing copyright infringement, fraud and this company is completely unethical.

I ordered my wedding dress from sheergirl. The first dress i got, while pretty it was way to big in the bust (provided measurements) and the sewing quality wasn't great in some areas (crooked). I left a review on their site. They immediately contacted me saying they had upgraded the dress and they would make me a new one. I provided my measurements and they sent me a new one. FREE of charge! Well the dress is definitely an improvement with the sewing. Beautiful. It was a little big around the hips/waist but I don't mind paying for the adjustment. I was really blown away by their superb customer service. I would recommend :)

I bought my wedding gown and got a veil for free.I did not expect such good quality since the dress is under $300. I got my dress custom made and it fits like a glove. I recommended this store to all of my friends.

Absolutely horribly, cheaply made. NOTHING like the image. Keep your money.

I ordered the dress „A-line V-neck Beaded Bodice Burgundy Satin Long Prom Dresses APD2887„ for $169.99.
I wasn‘t really sure if i should order the dress at sheergirl.com because i thougt that maybe i can‘t trust this page and it‘s unsafe... but lastly i did . So I was waiting for my package to receive for 13 days (in costumized size; to Germany) and I thought the delivery would take longer so that‘s very positive.
As I received the order I was very anxious and afraid that the dress is a complete fail and looks completely different to the picture on the website. However I opened the package (which looked pretty good) and my dress is pretty acceptable. It doesn‘t look exactly like the dress on the image because of the color (in reallife a bright red but should be burgundy). All together the dress is processed high grade and I‘m 75% ok with it.
(I know my English is not that good but I‘m still learning xD)

I ordered a dress from here and it said it would arrive before the date I needed it by, then they tried to tell me that it was going to arrive the day after I needed it by. After a lot of fighting, I got it in time. The dress looks relatively similar to the one in the picture, but the fabric was non stretchy and I looked at my measurements before I ordered, and it said I was a size 6. The dress is way too big and the skirt looks like it’s a skirt I would wear to work. Plus the beads on the dress started falling off right as I touched them. Horrible quality and way too expensive. For reference, I paid $200.

Want to say "thank you" for sheergirl,a great company for bridesmaid dresses.We ordered some purple bridesmaid dresses from here,they arrived very fast and fit well.
