Zero stars! My wife order a dress month ago still no communication! We tried to contact them by emails, fones and still nothing!
This is my order MB5624! 21.03 2025 y I made my order and still I don't have any answer! I have almost 1 million followers in Facebook, tik-tok and INSTAGRAM. You can check this. If you don't send me information about my dress, I'm gonna make video for million people about that, because i paid already!!!!

Went online looking for a wedding dress after i tried it on in store for way more money and was devastated. When i found This website they had the exact same dress. I ordered It and they made sure to email me to make sure it was the right color and everything. It finally came in today and it’s exactly like it was pictured. Very pleased with their customer service

We ordered a dress from Sheergirl for my daughters graduation. It came in exactly as we wanted and fit great. We spent hours shopping in stores and just couldn't find the dress she wanted. Great customer service, it arrived as promised within 25-35 days, mine took 30. The quality of material was great, only a few tiny stitchings to fix but my seamstress was the only one who could notice and it seemed like it was intentional to make the dress fit better and be able to be tailored. Very surprisedly impressed

If I could give a zero star I would my mother ordered a dress almost 3 months now and she contacted them and they say it was gonna be shipped out still nothing dhl says they have not received any package yet but label was created the date that we need the dress is literally this Saturday even though they assured her it was gonna be shipped out last week and thing then they say it should be here to is week and nothing and now the day of the party is only days away and still nothing no dress no response and the dress already paid for what kind of service is this ima glad for everyone that has had a good experience but we have not

I ordered my daughter’s 8th grade dance dress from here. I got an email asking exactly when I needed it and measurements to fit my daughter. It fits perfectly and is so pretty and lightweight! High quality and a great price along with wonderful customer service! Can’t beat it!

My wedding dress is beautiful. The quality of the dress was great, not crappy at all. My dress was very detailed and well worth the price.

I was a bit apprehensive to buy online but I was pleasantly surprised that the dress fitted perfectly and the quality was great. I chose the custom sizing and no alterations was required upon receipt. Remember to measure yourself and check against their measurement chart before purchasing. Be honest with your measurements. The dress needed airing out and a steam as it was firmly packaged but other than that, I can't fault it. I wasn't planning to keep my dress after the wedding but I loved it so much that I'm going to keep it. My dress was code AWD1909 and a picture of me wearing it is on the site.

SheerGirl Delivered! I was in a crunch having decided to undertake a last minute destination wedding. I scoured for weeks for a dress even though my wedding date was quickly approaching. There were a number of options I liked on SheerGirl's site but their caplet beaded gown won out. The ordering process was totally easy as I just took my own dress measurements at home and uploaded them on the site. I was also able to choose my color and length preferences as well. I included a note with the order asking them if they could kindly rush my order as I was about a month out from my wedding and they assured me they would be able to accommodate this request. I received my dress a week and a half before the wedding and everything was wonderful! The dress wore beautifully the day of and I received so many compliments. If I were to ever need another special occasion dress I would order from SheerGirl in a heartbeat!

Going off of one picture review and the details were exceptional. So I order this beautiful dress with the pink undertone. Everyone and myself were in SHOCK for how amazing this dress looked for under $400. Before finding this masterpiece, I went to David’s bridal and was not wow’d on a dress for $1500 and said I’ll find something better. And I did for a fraction of the cost! My mom had helped me measure and the dress just needed a little bit taken in but communication with the company was key && my dress came in plenty of time for the wedding!! 5 STARS for Sheer girl!!!!!

I order 2 dresses, one for me and one for my niece, both beautiful and well made design accurate to the measurements I sent، very good communication and arrived on time before the wedding.. Thank you

I would give zero stars if I could. I was made to pay $25 dollars for shipping. The dress took a minute to arrive and I had reached out to sheergirl. They state they answer 2-8 hours later and they took two days. When I received the dress it was nothing like pictured online. The dresses run small, the quality is terrible. My tulle had a rip where it should not. My zipper gets stuck and no it doesn’t get stuck on fabric. The color did not match what I paid for, I paid for burgundy and got hot pink. I had 5 other friends buying from here for a wedding we are in, They either a) didn’t go through with their orders or b) also got their orders messed up. When I contacted sheergirl it took about 3 days to get a response, I asked for a refund the day I received my dress along with the explanation of why I was disappointed. I got no solution. Instead I essentially got we aren’t doing anything about it and you will not receive return instructions nor get a refund. This site is a scam and your money is better off somewhere else.

The dress I ordered was a black strapless lace back and it was BEAUTIFUL. It was for my prom and I got so many compliments. I corresponded with David Huang, and he was so nice and fast in responses, always making sure everything worked out well. Super impressed.

My dress came within the allotted speed shipping time. I got mine custom sized and it fit (almost) perfectly. My only complaint is the response time. Took a couple of days to hear back from anyone when an issue came up with the delivery but overall I think it’s worth trying out. Dress looked just like the picture.

I was skeptical at first but figured I would take a chance when ordering my wedding dress. I went with a custom fit dress as I am petite but curvy.
Communication was always quick and within 24 hours of placing my order they requested I verify that all my measurements were correct. I am not a patient person and inquired a few times on status - each time a response within 24 hours!
Dress arrived on time, well packaged and I was shocked! It fit like a glove!!! The craftmanship is amazing, I am a seamstress (less so clothing) and am impressed at the finishing touches. The quality of fabric is stellar, soft and so comfortable to wear.
Will now be my go to if I need a fancier dress and will be on my recommendations list for anyone asking where to get a custom fit gown or dress.

if I could give 0 stars I would. I Paid $340 for a dress to be here, with rush shipping, by April 1st!
I contacted "customer service " specifying the needed delivery date per the order statement to do so.
I was told that it wouldn't be a problem, that they were working on my order and it would be shipping in the next few days. Come a week later my order still hadn't shipped, I contacted them again with no response for 5 days. I finally got on the chat on their website, only to be told they can't grant my delivery date because they don't have the materials needed and are waiting for their supply, or could make me one in another color.
I told them I ordered the dress I ordered because that was what I wanted and they needed to fix it or give me a refund. next thing I know they send me a refund with no explanation or apology! I will NEVER use or recommend this company to anyone!
