Sheepham Saddles Anmeldelser

Excellent service. Good communication, prompt delivery. Saddle exactly as described. Fantastic way to try before buying. Well done!

An excellent service. The customer service (particularly Jo) was friendly and bubbly, and couldn’t have been better. We are very happy with our new saddle. Thank you

Lovely saddle. Fits perfectly

I have a lovely dressage saddle on trial and due to extreme weather can't trial it but Jo kindly is giving me an extra couple of days.

We are delighted with our used Black Country show saddle- it was an excellent fit and in fantastic condition. We really appreciated you sending it to us in sufficient time so that we could get our saddle fitter to try it within the trial period (she was a big fan of the saddle!). Our horse wore it to a show the next day. Excellent saddle, service and price- I would highly recommend.

The saddle i chose was in beautiful condition but sadly didn’t fit my horse.
I found Sheephams to be very professional, saddle was packaged well and i recieved it very quickly
Would highly recommend

I was very happy with the condition of both saddles and it was delivered at time stipulated. The time for return pick up wasn't as efficient, but over-all happy with service

Very helpful when I phoned as I needed advice on which saddles to get on trial. I now have a lovely comfy saddle and I will definitely use again.

Helpful and efficient delivery. Very well set out website with very informative photographs and text.

Very helpful, very prompt delivery for trial of saddles and good quality saddles offered. Nice and easy return service.

Excellent service. Would use again

Fantastic service even though the saddle did not quite work out Jo was amazing and so very helpful.

Extremely helpful. 5 star service all round.

Sheepham Saddles was recommended to me as I’m an inexperienced buyer. They spent a long time going over the details and looking at photos of the pony to get as good a match as possible & the saddle arrived the next day! Super friendly, very knowledgable and helpful.

Loved the saddle and the service was fast and efficient. The only thing was a lack of communication when I had concerns over whether to send my saddles to be sold.

Great service and advice, saddle perfect and fits my horse and me. Really easy to return, only issue was the courier didn’t arrive until after 6 on the first trial day.

A really helpful team. Answered my phonecall promptly, tracked down a saddle not available on the website, kept me informed by phone, arranged my trial to fit with my saddle fitter's visit. Refund went smoothly when saddle sadly didn't fit. A great service I'd recommend.

Excellent service, really helpful and friendly staff. Saddle exactly as advertised. Extremely pleased in all respects, I will definitely use the company again when I need another saddle!
