Sheepham Saddles Anmeldelser

I had a couple of queries before purchasing. Gave them a call, got excellent help and support. Couldn't have been more helpful. Polite and friendly. Even gave me a call back the following day to follow up. Fantastic service.

I can’t praise Sheepham saddles enough!! I would definitely recommend them the lady is really knowledgeable and really helpful, I had to extend my saddle trial and they were so understanding and when the saddle didn’t fit they were able to recommend another one for me to try. 5*

Within a week a potential crisis averted!
Thank you

We bought excellent saddle in excellent condition for fair price. Delivered in time, no issues.

Everything went very smoothly, thank you for changing the gullet and I even got a saddle cover and key ring 😃, never have enough of those!! It was delivered on time in perfect condition and nothing seemed too much trouble. I would thoroughly recommend.

Whole experience has been great! They have been super helpful throughout. Such a great idea, highly recommend.

Honestly, an awesome experience! A phone call, a click online and saddle was ordered. It arrived promptly and was well wrapped up. There was a trial period, but happily we didn’t need it!

Absolutely Fantastic!!!!! Dealing with Sheepham Saddles has been a wonderful experience from start to finish! Being in the US, I was understandably hesitant about buying saddles sight unseen overseas as returns are not feasible. However Jo was incredibly helpful with answering all of my many questions and even sending additional pictures on request. The photos clearly show exactly what you are getting and the descriptions are accurate. I am delighted with the saddles I purchased as they exceeded my expectations. Sheepham Saddles even included complementary saddle covers which I thought was a nice touch. And did I mention they arrived here in 2 business days (we had a holiday weekend)? I would also add that they were very safely and sensibly packaged and arrived in pristine condition. This is an excellent company to do business with, buy with confidence! I would not hesitate to do so again. Five Stars!!

So helpful, and informative would definitely recommend

Excellent saddle, excellent service. 3 day trial is so helpful as are the staff. So lovely to speak to actual people without having to go through hoops, with website, chat bots and online forms! Pleasure to deal with.

Arrived the very next day, just as described, couldn’t be happier
