Salesman didn’t seem overly interested from the outset. Got to the point when I wanted to pay deposit he wouldn’t provide me with bank details to do so !.. the only option given was to ring them during working hours. As they close at 4pm and where I work doesn’t have phone reception and I don’t finish work until 6pm I was left with no choice but to walk away. Bonkers …

Conor and Frances can on time to build our shed. They were both ever polite and asked exactly where we wanted the shed. Done an excellent job.

Anti and Tom did an excellent job. Very tidy. Told me if they had any problems to contact me. .

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Jennifer and Barbra in the Balbriggan office were extremely helpful, polite and patient... I was apprehensive about buying online as I could not get up to their showroom but I needn't have been. They were so professional and helped me through every step of getting the perfect cabin for my specific needs. Nothing was ever a problem for them. Also, the lads that installed the cabin were brilliant and the quality of the cabin is also superb.
I'm delighted I chose the Shedfactory and would highly recommend to anyone.

Met two nice guys today who built me a great shed. Very pleased with the result. Thanks Mick & Carl.

What can I say, What an experience from buying to installation 5 star couldn’t of helped any more, the guys installing where fantastic.

Mathew, conor and joe are excellent. Really helpful. Done a fantastic job. Left the garden tidy. Explained everything. Great young fellas.

Had a playhouse delivered and built today, the 2 men did a brillant job they were quick and tidy. Delivery came on the day it was expected. I had 2 happy daughters when they came home from school and seen their playhouse. Thank you :)

Huge thanks to Gus, Anto, and Joe from Shed Factory for an excellent job building our 16ft x 10ft shed. The lads were friendly, punctual, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. The build was solid, tidy, and done with real attention to detail. They worked efficiently, kept everything clean and organised, and were happy to answer any questions along the way. The finished shed looks fantastic and feels really well made. Couldn’t be happier with the service—top-quality work from a great team. Highly recommended.

Staff were always helpful and polite, from ordering to delivery. It was delivered as promised and delivery men unloaded the shed and stacked it where requested.

Brilliant experience with this company from start to finish, Shed arrived on time and was extremely happy with the quality of the shed itself. Paul, Francis & Coner were Brilliant with building the shed, they had it up in only a few hours and they were also very friendly and helpful, can't recommend enough!

First choice for sheds...definitely. Joe was so helpful explaining all the choices available to me.

I definitely will be giving a five star rating to the three men who built my garden room. Lead by Paul, the team also had Francis and Padraig. They were so professional, hard working and polite. I can not recommend them highly enough. They are a credit to the shed factory company! Excellent!!!

Paul and Francis rang to say they would be here in 40 mins. Exactly 40 mins later they were here. Just over an hour later they were finished. Really friendly, very professional and a great job. Delighted with shed. Great experience from purchase to construction. Thanks all.

Fantastic service from start to finish Jennifer and Barbara where so helpful with my order.jennifer was amazing and so nice over the phone helping me to decide where to put the windows and what I was going to use the shed for...on the day the shed arrived the boys where so professional,Paul and Conor explained what they where going to do,I asked them before the door goes on could they help me to put my pedicure chair in and the lads put the chair in.OUTSTANDING SERVICE.
I will be recommending the shed factory to all my friends and family thanks guys.

Brilliant experience from start to finish. Went into the Balbriggan showroom and dealt with Barbra and she was great help. Lead times were articulated well and the pod was installed on time and absolutely hassle free by Carl and Mick - really nice lads. In terms of the quality of finish and cost I don’t think it can be beaten - not to mention the flexibility in layout and customisation was great. (Especially in comparison to a few other companies I had tried to get quotes off)
