Having to pay shipping raised the sale…
Having to pay shipping raised the sale price to the point I couldn't afford it. I inquired and received an additional $25 off. I purchased an item (body heat pad) for my sister who experiences significant pain. Appreciate it. Just hope the product is worth the price point.

Read fine print
Everything was great, but shipping costs were not very clear and really ridiculous!!! $16 for a watch. Then says a $25 gift card with purchase when all it is, is a coupon for $25 off $50, which is deceptive. So read the fine print very very carefully
Update, after posting I very promptly received a reply offering a refund on the shipping. I called the number which I called and promptly received the refund. Truly appreciated the very nice gesture and great customer service. Would definitely buy from them again!!

Consistant and Trusted Name
Consistant company and brand name over the many years-Sharper Image. Always can recall the toolbox in the magazines and now decided to upgrade and have what tools are needed in proper order for projects. We assume product is still consistent with the Sharper Image brand.

Never buy from them!!!
Never buy from them!!!! This is a fraudulent business. I tried to use a gift card but now they are saying its not really a gift card but a promo code and a discount was already applied to the original price. The card I had says gift card not promo code - fraudulent messaging for sure. Also when I emailed the contact us email, it came back as blocked so I couldn't get through to request cancellation. Them when I called, the CSR said she cannot cancel because its being processed and when I asked to speak to a manager, she said there are no managers on duty. What call center doesn't have managers on duty. This company is a disgrace and fraudulent in their business practices.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us — we're truly sorry for the frustration and confusion this caused. We'd like to clarify that the $25 is a promotional gift card, and as a promotional offer, it cannot be combined with other promotional discounts. We're also sorry to hear you had trouble reaching us by email and weren't able to speak with a manager when you called — that's not the level of support we want for our customers.
We do value you as a customer, and we'd be more than happy to refund your shipping charge to help keep the sale. Please give us a call at 877-714-7444 so we can take care of this for you.
