Very easy to use website. Easy to look around and figure out which one I wanted ( like I had before) Found it!! Bought it!!!
Thanks!!

So easy to order from them. They give you plenty of angles to look at the product which helps you make your decisions a lot easier l

Well so far my experience has been great, I've just ordered, I hope it continues to be 5 stars

I love the products I have ordered from this company before, but this time it was very difficult to check out. It took me a long time to get past the autofill and had to start over several times. If I didn't want this item for a Christmas gift, I would have given up.
Also, your shipping charges are quite high. More than other companies I order from.

Products are well made. Durable. Long lasting. Buy all my battery-operated tools through Sharper Image. Watch for the "discounts'

Everything went well. Easy ordering and confirmation. Thank you

The most expensive shipping I have seen. A real ripoff. I am disappointed as I have used your before (last xmas) but don't remember the high shipping costs. This may be the last time I order from you Henry Grant

This was my 1st time ordering from Sharper Image. Ordering online was very easy from start to completion. Discount was applied on 1st try.

Purchased this same mirror 2 years ago and the stand has broken and is not repairable. When purchasing this mirror again today, I was duped into joining a reported Free Shipping company which actually costs $2 per month. I have called and canceled that membership. The advertising by Sharper Image is misleading at best, both for the mirror and the purported money back offer.

HORRIFIC!! My order was placed before I wished to be completed shopping.
Please CANCEL MY ORDER IMMEDIATELY!!
Sincerely,
Mimi

I tried to cancel right after I made the purchase and I'm still waiting for the email confirming my cancelation. I don't think it should be this difficult to cancel right after I made the purchase!

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT IF YOU RETURN TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK THEY CHARGE YOU $31.31 ON A $130 ITEM AND IF YOUR ORDER HAD TWO ITEMS THAT CAME IN ONE BOX THEY CHARGE DOUBLE STATING THEY CAME FROM DIFFERENT WAREHOUSES.
TOTAL RIP OFF!!!!!!

Don’t like the shipping charge. After all the purchases I’ve made from this company, i believe I will purchase elsewhere. Not happy and I don’t feel I should have to wait for the next purchase to apply any credits.

Nice web site. Good products that are practical.

I had an issue with ordering and I called customer service and they were helpful

The products from this store are generally unique and fun. I was disappointed with the quality of the last item I bought, as it didn't feel as sturdy as expected. The shipping was fast and everything arrived in good condition.

Great service and products
