The man I spoke with was very patient with me and my lack of confidence and competence in trying to alter my email address and register onto the Shareview website. He was pleasantly encouraging and knowledgeable.

The service from Equiniti since the death of my father in law has been woeful. Trying to get them to pay a dividend due to the estate is impossible. Calls are not answered, letters ignored. At best they are simply incompetent in the extreme. I’m hopeful writing a review may lead to a call and if anyone from Equiniti does read this perhaps you could get in touch.

I was lost my job on February since I have to call equiniti India so many times every time call them they telling me to do this and that I did all at the end I want to sell my share. At the end they told me my name is to long and I can’t sell my share online or the phone . And now they asked me to remove my middle name I can’t change my name and change my passport and driving licence everything.i was begging them to talk to some one in uk they refused so many times and at the end they transferred my call to uk and I meet really gentlemen Tarzy ajimal he was help me to sale my share he is very helpful and friendly.also he told me he will sell my share and transfer my to my account on next week. That was very help to get my money.India call centre people can’t help at all keep on telling my name have to change which I can can’t do it without doing anything India asked me to do mr ajimal help me really good helping people in uk not in India
