Normaliai
"Senukai" - parduotuvė, kurioje apsipirkau ne kartą. Jų prekių asortimentas gana platus, tad dažniausiai randu, ko ieškau. Kainos, sakyčiau, vidutinės, kartais pasitaiko gerų akcijų.
Pristatymas vyksta gana sklandžiai, nors yra tekę susidurti su nedideliais vėlavimais. Klientų aptarnavimas normalus, nieko ypatingo - nei labai malonus, nei nemalonus.
Apskritai, "Senukai" yra tiesiog normali parduotuvė, kurioje galima apsipirkti be didesnių problemų, bet ir be ypatingų "vau" efektų.

Purchased a lot from Senukai recently, had two minor issues: 1. Poor quality item - refunded. 2. Wrong colour delivered - replaced with no issues and no need to return the old one.
Customer service is excellent, fast and efficient responses. Very pleasant.
Got 3 more rooms to decorate, will continue using this company. Thanks!

A bateria não carrega. foi falar com manager da loja disse que tinha que ir para garantia. Em portugal compras aparelho,durante 14 dias tens direito a outro.
Não tens o reembolso do dinheiro. desde que tenhas a caixa tudo direito como comprastes. Não vai para garantia! defeito de fabrica!!
mais importante estou de passagem em ferias não posso voltar daqui a 30 dias para me devolver GPS.
Prefiro levar comigo mesmo avariado. obrigado fica uma lembrança dessa loja. Não recomendo

Užsisakiau prieš mėnesį prekes, su laiko atsarga, kad tikrai pristatytų. Pristatymo diena paskambinus paaiškėja kad jie prekių dar net neturi, informuoti apie tai nesiteikė. Padėti 0 noro, nors vieną iš prekių kaip rašo galėtų pristatyti po 3 dienų jeigu prikčiau šiandien. Šaraškino kontora.

Pati prasčiausia parduotuvė bei e-parduotuvė pagal klientų aptarnavimą. Jei jums prekė netiks, eisit kryžiaus kelius tik tam, kad sužinoti, kad jūsų televizoriaus niekas negali nei paiimti, nei pakeisti, nei sugrąžinti parduotuvės kreditų. Vilkins visus įmanomus terminus ir t.t

Made a purchase with 2 day delivery, 6 days and many phone calls later it has just been delivered.
Driver refused to get out of the van and help unload.
Shocking customer service, delivery apparently not their responsibility!!!!!

Useless Customer Service
Made an order, paid for it, waited for a week for them to get back to me just to cancel the order due to the inability to fulfil it. Waited another week for a refund. The amount of a refund came back wrong. Has been trying to get the rest of the refund for a month now, still no luck. The customer service keeps replying that it will come within 3 days and nothing is happening.

Pristatymo problema
Gavau emailą, kad "prekė pristatyta", nors pačios prekės negavau. Ėmiausi paieškų. Vietoj to, kad "Senukai" išsiųstų naują prekę, o patys su DPD aiškintųsi, kur dingo pirmoji, dabar sėdžiu savaitę su neišspręsta problema ir mistiniu statusu "jūsų prekė buvo pristatyta kitu adresu". Paprašiau išspręsti per 3 dienas arba grąžinti pinigus, nei vienas, nei kitas neįvyko. Manau priežastis tame, kad offline prekyboje low endinis retailinis prekinis ženklas pilnai gali egzistuoti, tačiau perėjus į prekybą online, tai jau nebe vien tik prekybos, bet ir paslaugų sfera. O paslaugoje buvimas neempatišku ir nepagarbiu savo klientams gimdo tokius įvertinimus.

Extremely poor and bad experience
If there was an option for 0.5 stars or 0 stars I would give it. One of the worst possible customer experience I have come across in last 20 years. Dont buy electronics from Senukai. 1) They dont know much about it 2) No enthusiasm to sell 3) Unrealible information provided all the way from purchase to delivery. If you speak to 5 people you will have 5 different versions of information 4) You will feel helpless even if you are a returning and loyal customer of 5 to 10 yrs 5) No one is really willing to help in customer care. 6) They hang up on you. 7) Charge for "Delivery" doesnt include delivering it to your door, they charge extra for door delivery on top of delivery. If I continue with the list it will not fit in this review. If you did not go through 'hell' with them then you are extremely lucky.

I purchased an item with 2 day delivery option, 5 days later, after not reciving my order in time, I've logged in to my online Senukai account to find out the 2 business days have changed to 20 calendar.
Customer Servise rep not helpuf at all, instead tried to blame me for not loooking at the right delivery time, instead of admitting it was their mistake.

Doesn’t care about customers
Delivery was postponed. Then the wrong package was delivered (I ordered an Xbox and received some electric cables instead). Customer service is not responsive, keep stating that they will answer shortly but doesn’t. Issue has still not been resolved.
