The customer support phone line isn't working.
The clueless chatbot on the website can't help at all.
And I got a message from another chatbot, which will likely amount to nothing...
I had to physically go to this store to cancel my order. I had to bother a store employee to resolve the issue. Absurd! And none of this works for you in the 21st century, at the largest online store—not some remote village...
Not to mention that all customers pay an additional “service” fee. It’s a tragic customer experience with this store, seeing such a decline in service.
And thousands of people are seeing all of this too.
Not recommend.

I am satified I am able to take wide range of products at one basket. From baby toys - to large furniture or TV. This saves multiple trips to separate stores. Also large portion of items has same day delivery that is very nice experience for E-shop.

Prekes gavau kaip pažadėta. Kokybė atitinka kainą.

Pirkome oro drėkintuvą su pažeista pakuote, tačiau buvo pažymėta, kad pats įrenginys naujas ir nenaudotas. Gavus prekę pakuotė pasirodė normali, nesugadinta, bet atidarius drėkintuvą, jo viduje akivaizdūs naudojimo požymiai - vandens talpoje nuo skysčio likusios žymės, nukalkinimo granulės sukritusios į gumulus, įrenginio korpusas turi apibraižymų. Prekę pridavus tą pačią dieną dar jie pažadėjo apžiūrėti ir spresti dėl pinigų grąžinimo :)

Aš buvau viskuo patenkintas. Prekė atėjo laiku, o darbuotojai malonus.

Be aware that they work on commission or sell some products themselves. For the items which are sold by other sellers on pigu.lt - dont expect anything smooth with the invoice, they might be VAT eligible, you need to check it yourself, if you didnt then its your fault.
Another thing is with returns, today the return product button is innactive for example. I have bought a bunch of batteries, 10% doesnt work, and I can't even return them. They do everything to make things as complicated as possible so you couldn't return or complain.

Never had any issues. However look elsewhere to see if it's cheaper before buying. Some things are very overpriced, some things are cheapest here.

Honestly love it, they give big ahh sales, i got the new rexy lego car for only 115euros, and in general they don’t seem to be the people who scam you, especially when they have a physical store. No complaints

Can't even give a 1 start unfortunately. This is the worst company in the world. We as a seller got scammed out thousands of euros by this company(I assure you this is not a mistake). Thousands is the correct amount. They cancel the orders even though they have been shipped out and tracking information provided. Their system is full of bugs. An absolute disgrace. Stay away as far as you can.
