Great experience …
So I just wanted to start off by saying this was a super easy process the waiting was the tough part and once I seen my results were completed I had sent a message through live chat to see how long it would take for the results to be sent to my email and a very polite individual by the name of Jesse helped reassure me that I would receive my results back as fast as they possibly could. I appreciate the time he took to make sure I was satisfied before we ended our conversation. 👏 thank you Jesse

I paid for 72hrs results!
I paid for 72hrs results!! Fine print says different !!
I paid €55 for the full test and quickest turn around. Sample posted September 10th 2025.
Today October 1st 2025 and I’m still waiting.
I contact the live chat about a wk after I sent, they said it can take UP TO 21days. So why charge people €55 for 72hrs turn around time. False advertising.
Also, you don’t get sent “a pack” . You just get an envelope yourself and put the hair into it. They email you a label to print an out on the envelope that you’re posting to them. It gets posted to Ireland, then has to be sent to the uk for testing.
Hopefully, I have a better ending and I can change my review, so far I’m not impressed.

To clarify, the 72-hour turnaround applies from the moment your sample reaches our lab, not from the date of posting. Once received, results are typically delivered within 72 hours. The time it takes for the sample to reach us can vary depending on the postal service, particularly for international deliveries like Ireland.
Regarding the test kit, the Optimum test is unfortunately not available as a physical kit and is only offered as a digital test, but we do still have physical kits available for our Standard and Ultimate tests.
I can confirm that your results have been sent to your email. If you need any further assistance, our team is available 24/7 to help.

I was a little worried about the time it was taking for an email confirming receipt of my sample but received a very quick response to my query from Kai putting my Mind at ease although his answer that it could take up to 10 business days was unexpected!
