Impressive information

Impressive information, foods I would consume but felt so so about (coffee) I found I was sensitive to anyway, I ate onions and garlic just about everyday, loved them, and I thought they were good for me, my gut problems ceased dramatically a few days after I stopped eating them, miss them like crazy, but I choose to be healthy now, so they are gone.

Cameron was so helpful…

I had misplaced the sensitivity reports that I received for myself and my children last year and needed to retrieve them for an appointment. Cameron was so helpful and took only a minute to find them and resend them to me. So very helpful and kind - thank you!

Detailed results!

I love the results that I got. It's very thorough, although it can be super overwhelming. I wish there was an overall summary saying recommend staying away from XYZ. I was able to use AI to generate one for me but others may not know that is a solution

Shipping costs

******Please note that you will be required to pay separately to ship the product******** When I ordered the test I was not aware that the shipping fees would not be included. When I attempted to ship my sample the cheapest option while Canada post is on strike is $65 CAD for a letter size envelope. Please be aware that while the cost of the testing is reasonable you will be required to pay for the postage separately and it can cost most then the testing itself.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re aware of the current Canada Post strike and are constantly monitoring updates to find a resolution. We completely understand that shipping fees can feel high and do not expect anyone to pay excessive amounts just to get their results.

I will personally investigate with our postal team to see if a more affordable option is available for you. Alternatively, you can choose to send your sample once the strike has ended.

I was confused with the process

I was confused with the process, my fault for not reading. Spoke to my main man Cameron 😁 he sorted it all out, only half way through the process so I'm leaving mid stars, I will edit the stars after I get the whole experience.

Prompt and knowledgeable help

This is the second time I have used the chat through Sensitivity Check's Facebook page and both times have been great - quick and knowledgeable. This time it was Angel who helped me find the forms I had misplaced.

Helpful

Wasn't sure how to send sample and had delayed sending it off for quite a few weeks.
Shawn was very helpful and sorted me out with a link and told me what to do if I didnt have a printer.
