Was very hesitant on using this website to sell my laptop but DPD collected my laptop on a Friday and was paid the Tuesday after very happy :)

Went really smoothly! I didn't think my ancient, broken laptop would be worth anything and it wasn't worth much, but the £20 I got was a nice surprise. Collection process was very quick.

Very slick service. The fact you get a Swap courier arranged immediately as opposed to having to deal with the postage yourself sets this company apart from the other options. Also offered a very competitive quote. Would use again in the future.

I had a old laptop that was too old to sell second hand for use, it was slow and had bad battery I didn't think it was worth anything. it was collecting dust so when i came across sell your laptop I decided if i could get anything for it it would be a win. The DPD driver came on time on my chosen day and packed up my laptop for me and by the next day I got an email saying they were checking over my laptop. Within the hour I had £21 in my paypal account which was exactly what I was quoted. Would definitely recommend this to my friends if they had an old laptop not worth much.

Such an easy process! I shopped around a bit but this was the best offer for my laptop. Once I completed the details about the device, I received an email about it's collection. DPD brought the box to transport it in safely. I then received communication to say it had been received and was being checked over. Payment was received directly to my bank within a few days. Very happy with this service

All good - got about 50% of the purchase price on a 3 month old laptop that I didn't like - the process was swift and easy and they gave me what they estimated they would give me using Paypal - secure collection from my home - the best offer available having searched the net - thank you SYL.

I’ve had a good experience with the company. From getting a DPD delivery date, to picking up and then getting paid within 48 hours. I was a little concerned seeing the bad reviews after I had sent it off, but it’s been a seamless experience for me.

I sold a Lenovo Laptop and I included a charger and I got the agreed price.

I sent my laptop - recieved automated e-mails to say it was being reviewed and heard nothing from them since. Tried contact them and they've ignored me. I am not left with no laptop and no payment. Scam.

I was pleased with the majority of the process, I felt that the initial offer was a little low, but considering all of the hassle taken out of selling privately, I thought it was an ok offer. Then when I had my laptop collected and then assessed and valued again by your company, you knocked off another large amount of the offered amount because there wasn’t a charger sent with it, at no point did you instruct me to send the charger! So felt that this was a little underhand I doubt that I will be recommending this service to friends or family.

Tried to get in touch multiple times with the company to cancel/rearrange orders through the contact form on the website and by email to no avail. Ended up not going through with my order in the end as I didn’t trust them to send me the money or reply to me should anything go wrong.

I was incredibly impressed with the service from start to finish.DPD collected the laptop the very next day in a secure box, so there was no need for any packaging on my part. It arrived the following day, and I was offered a genuinely fair price for my device — not the kind of unrealistically low offer you get from many competitors who try to take advantage.Payment was made the same day and was in my bank account by the next morning. I will definitely be selling through these guys again very soon!

These guys are a bunch of scam artists, Not only do they offer ridiculous amounts for premium products, they treat you like a fool. Never use them

Declined the offer because I firmly believe that my laptop fell within one of the specific categories set by the company. Irrespective of this once declined, I have not received my laptop back as per the company’s t&c’s. They won’t answer emails and cannot be contacted by phone. Leave this company alone !
