Fast collection and secure courier HOWEVER, once they received my laptop- quote went from £150 to £4. Various reasons stated- one of which they believed it to be a foreign counterfeit device… I bought the laptop from curry’s PC world UK in 2013?! Also they advised that the screen had pixel damage.
My laptop screen was immaculate when sent, so not sure if this happened in transit or in the hands of “cashinyourgadgets”. I’d rather have the laptop back on principle than take £4 for it.
The courier they used to return, APC, threw the box over my back garden gate as I wasn’t in to receive the parcel. I have raised a complaint with APC but overall this experience hasn’t been great and I’m disappointed that my well looked after old device is now damaged. I would have kept it if it weren’t for having a laptop supplied by my employer but thought it best I’d recycle and use the money towards something new…. Now wish I hadn’t bothered!

This feels like a classic bait-and-switch tactic. The revised price was significantly lower than expected, leaving me with the choice of either accepting less money or having my device returned.

I liked the online quote and services, and the collection with DPD went smoothly, as well as the speed of payment received that day. My only complaint is that they regarded the item as faulty due to the webcam 'no device detected' during their testing, due to the laptop webcam driver software being missing. This resulted in an approximate 66% drop in the initial quote. No hardware or cosmetic damage was noted, just the missing webcam software driver. Expect drops in the initial online quotes.

You shut have a look into the shop from FOREST GATE 44 Woodgrange Rd, London E7 0QH they don't give receipts for anything, they only collect cash without giving receipts! They are illegal, the police must take action! You have no guarantee for anything! The staff is very aggressive. They have no experience in anything they do! This is not normal!!! AVOID SCAMMERS AND THIEFTS.
They pretend to repair something like phones,laptops,tablets, but they are just scammers,they will replace your items with bad ones and they charge you money for what they broke!!! Avoid this scammers, POLICE need to take a action!!! I have wait 3 weeks to repair my laptop and after that they just change the bios but instead this they broke my screen and replace with screen from the other laptop and not compatible..
