Very good customer service, attentive and quick to provide solutions

Always a great service at Seico. Jamie and Emily were very efficient whilst handing my case and were quick to respond to any queries I had. I felt in very good hands throughout. Would highly recommend.

My partner and I were both looking to buy our first home and were recommended Seico mortgages by family who had used them before. I cannot recommend them enough to anyone else wanting to secure a mortgage. The replies were fast, everything was explained in good detail (great for first time buyers), we got the mortgage we needed for the home we wanted. We dealt with Jamie and Karly throughout who were both amazing.

We had a slightly unusual set of circumstances that most brokers couldn't help us with - trying to buy a property from abroad that we could move into when we moved back to the country. Matt was great at explaining our options and helping us navigate the process. Highly recommended for anyone in a similar situation.

Had a really positive experience with Seico. From the first call with Andrew we weren't ready to purchase but he gave us some good advice on what to expect and the products that were available. Five years ago Liam at Seico did a great job getting us a good mortgage rate - we are both self-employed and I didn't have 2 years of accounts, so it wasn't straightforward.

Fast-forward to the point that our fixed-rate was coming to an end and I'd already done a bit of research when Liam called, so I knew the best deal would be switching to another product with the same lender. Liam recommended the same mortgage without knowing I'd already done my research. So it begged the question, what do I gain by going through the broker? Seico signed us on for the deal I could have applied for myself, but was able to keep monitoring the market for better rates until the point that we needed to lock in - in that time the monthly repayments dropped by over £80. And the cost to us? Nothing, as an existing customer the remortgage service was free with Seico getting a commission from the lender - win for us, win for the broker.

Phil and the guys at Seico are the best! This is our second mortgage with Seico and more to come. The team at Seico are always thorough and professional and great to work with. They kept us apprised about available appointments to review mortgage options and always gave us the best based on our circumstances. Phil was honest and forthright - no games - this is what your credit score looks like and here's what we can sort out. With Seico it's just one initial soft credit check and one at the end for the offer. If this is our 2nd deal with Seico you bet we are VERY VERY HAPPY. My Mrs thinks I am smart chap not realizing it's who you know (Seico to the rescue always).

Seico were able to deliver us a mortgage loan from HSBC at a time when banks were pulling loan offers and raising interest rates, and Kwasi Kwarteng's mini budget was causing all sorts of chaos.
Our status was a little unusual and Matt and his team worked over the weekend to deliver a great outcome at a time we were extremely worried.
