Amazing service!
My fiancée and I are first time buyers and honestly had 0 idea what we were doing but Andy/Timofei got us an amazing mortgage deal, found us a great solicitor and answered so many of my questions (which I'm sure were annoying).

I couldn't be more grateful for Seico Mortgages. My situation was very complicated having not lived in the UK for 8 years having no credit history here, and being self employed. I had tried 3 other mortgage brokers and been through over 10 different lenders and was struggling to secure a mortgage. Seico were able to help us with what I was beginning to think was impossible and secure us a lender and we moved swiftly through the application process to approval. Andy and Gemma from the team were incredibly knowledgeable about our complicated situation and the best lenders in the market, very professional but friendly as well and I cannot thank them enough. Stellar Experience
After being recommended by my friend, Andrew and Karly have been incredibly supportive during my process in buying my first property! Andrew was able to help secure me a better interest rate months after applying for a mortgage, and then when it expired after my property purchase took far longer than expected, Andrew worked tirelessly to lock in a new mortgage for me before the interests went up.
