My experience is exactly as earlier reviewer . Thought i bought a hardcover. Nothing arrived .checked the order and saw digital download . No one replies to contact form or returns calls. I'd avoid this company

The Better Business Bureau has an "F" rating for this company. They have had at least 84 complaints in the last 3 years. When you order a book from Seedorock they lead you to believe that they are shipping you an actual book with paper pages for free and tell you to wait 2 weeks, when in actuality they email you a digital download. If you want your money refunded, they say no refunds on digital downloads. They need to change their name to SeedoSCAM!

I agree with other reviews this company is a scam. Ask for a refund weeks ago and have heard nothing. Made a complaint with the BBB. It was posted there that they have so many complaints about this company that they can't post them all!!!

Now that I have researched this site, I discover that I am not the only one who was deceived into purchasing an "ebook". Total waste of money for this old dog. I have no desire to download and print 196 pages in order to read this book.

Like many others I was led to believe I was buying a book since their site did not indicate that it was not a book I purchased. Following my contact with BBB in Dallas, This scam company said I would receive a refund--the date of their response about a refund was May 19, 2023 and I have received no refund. Obviously they do not intend to refund me or anyone else who has been scammed. How does Texas regulate this type of business?

I was scammed like the many others who have been by there purchase from seedorock.com.
I called the number, left a voice mail and NO RESPONSE. Email? I got two, first response mentioned, I would be refunded and 2nd response, NO all sales are final.
Even my bank mentioned they are familiar with the negative practices of this company and is working with me to get a refund.
If you don’t want a headache, STAY AWAY FROM seedorock.com. they are a SCAM AS many others have mentioned.

I'd give 0 if possible. Not clear the book was a download due to murky description including how many copies available (left). Asked for a refund as the recipient does not have a device. No response after a week, no refund, no nothing.

The company misrepresented there product, not describing it as a digital book. I expected to receive a book in the mail but instead received a link to download the book. Never buy from them.again and will file a complaint with my credit card provider.

Also, contact the book publisher and inform them that Seedorock is using deceptive practices to sell their books.

This company is a scam. After ordering a book that doesn’t arrive they later tell you it’s a digital download only (which doesn’t show in their website) and refuses to give a refund.
To get your money back, you need to file a dispute with your credit card company. Because it’s a small amount they are counting on you not to know or do this. Hope everybody that that gets scammed takes the time to file the dispute to get the charge reversed.

Would give them ZERO Stars if I could!!!!

This company is a scam. They show a physical picture of a book with no mention of digital and when you try to call them there is no response. Furthermore they do not give refunds for digital which I did not ask for.

I bought a book from them online. Turns out, it was an eBook, even though nowhere (that I could find) does it say that on their website. Instead, it says things like "Free Shipping," and that the book is "in stock." I asked for my money back; they said no. Poor customer service. Kindof obnoxious. It shoudl be very clear if a book is a book or an eBook. (I have a pdf of the website page, but it seems there is no way to include that here.)
