Jag köpte lös ceasarsallad i Obs Haninge.

Jag kräktes av salladen dagen efter och mådde dåligt.

Jag reklamerade salladen vid återbesök och begär nu 400 kr i ersättning. Jag skickades hem och idag har den sjätte personen Helena ringt mig. Hon skall nu skicka bestämmelserna med formulär. Hon kräver läkarutlåtande och säger att rutinen är att jag kan få tillbaka varans värde. Hon är fortsatt ovänlig och oförstående samt kräver läkarintyg som jag inte alls känner till. Flera timmars arbete för att komma så här långt.

I placed a order for book on this site on 4th December 2022. It already 6 days passed. I couldn't track my order. I have called, messaged, whatsapp, called on Instagram, but I did not get reply of all these. I am fooled by this site. This site is fraud.

Totally bad services, never take seriously any customer. never give a refund on time.

Total fraud. I ordered (order no 1000119957) for a book worth 1850, it's been more than 3 months i haven't received my order not they refunded the amount. Contact numbers are totally useless. They are not responding at all. Beware of this site. Kindly read the reviews before ordering in any new site.

I ordered a book worth Rs.650/- on 18th December 2021. Today is 1st january 2022. Book is not yet shipped. No response from seller. I paid Money also. Order no.1000116355. They are fraud. We should close that company and shut the website. I going to compliant in cyber crime.

i have also tried whatsapp msgs too many time but no reply
also call them but the contact no given on website is showing switch off
now i am going to lodge cyber crime against them

i am really confused what to do now even how can i cancel when there is no response from them .worst site ever used .can anyone help me .are they even going to deliever or not .i really need the book and can get it from somewhere else too.please if anyone suggest something i will be thankful.

Guys be careful this is a fraud website I have placed an order on 19 July 2020. Order No. 100085911.
I have tried all means of communication, this seller never responded, no body ever picked up my phone, till today 22 March 2021 I haven't get my book and no refund of money.

Very bad service. They didn't ship your order, neither receive your call nor respond to any text message.
Very bad persons there and a total online fraud.

I had ordered one study book from this website in July month. After a week when i had not got any response from this website regarding book status, then i had texted them. Their reply was we will send this book within 10-15 days. But after passing of 15 days i had not got my book. I had mailed them, texted them. But no reply. Then after i saw response of people of that website in this trustpilot website, i was totally shocked. So i had tried to call the website owner, but was failed. So i had send screenshots of some of the response and my review to that person. Soon after 5 minute i got the response and a call. He asked for another week. Still i didn't got my book. So at last, i send him message and literally warned him that i will complaint against him in Consumer forum and gave him opportunity to respond till sunday. On sunday he called me and instantly refunded my money.
Today i thought to check whether that website and his owner is improved or not. Sadly, i am reading all the negative comments..
So i request everyone to not but anything from that website. Please educate everyone around you to not get fooled by such websites whose main motive is to defraud people.
Also people who are stuck in their traps, please try to take your refunds. If not possible then complaint against this website and its owner in cyber police or consumer forum. You can easily do this on Google, without any charge and hassle.
It's very important now to shut these kinds of fake websites.

they take your money and dont deliver books.

I require some books urgently and I found that these were available only in "Online book store" Jaipur, Rajastahan. I placed order (OnlineBooksStore order #100089356) on 14-10-2020 by paying express delivery charge. I am staying in abroad so my idea was to get delivered it at one of my friends in Ashok Chowk, Jaipur and to arrange pick up using courier service from here. I have been following for the status through whatusup number (9784708717)but there is no response. On 24-10-2020 I got a message that the book has been delivered in Indore, Madhya Pradesh (Xpress Bees - 14130620626351). I think they are fraud people so please don't place any order with them.

Looks like a fraudulent website. I had ordered and paid for a book 45 days back. Even after multiple rounds of follow-up there is no response from this seller. Please refrain from ordering from this website.

I have ordered for rs 936 order number (100088294) no response to mails and calls no refund ..just a waste of money feels cheated first time having this experience..i have seen numerous complaints like this for this website ( obs@onlinebooksstore) I should have checked before ordering..i was badly in need of the book for exam purpose ..where should i complaint ?i want my money back..
