Great company to deal with first class service thanks

Excellent service, very good quality product, excellent communication and very well packaged. 5+ Seller, Highly recommended .

We ordered a canoe trolley, however on unpacking found it wasn’t quite the right item. We messaged via eBay and Jason responded almost instantly on a bank holiday and posted the correct item next day delivery free of charge. As a goodwill gesture they even asked me to keep the original item.

This is by far the best customer service I have ever received, online or in the shops.....my faith in mankind is restored.

All the very best and I hope business is kind to you.

Quick delivery of quality items.
Excellent customer service.

Ordered a 3 kgs stainless anchor from Jason, unfortunately ,item was lost in post. On contacting Jason he offered a bigger anchor as replacement which arrived in 2 days.no extra charge.
This one turned out to be too heavy for me.
As soon as I mentioned this, I was offered to have it collected, with full refund
This is amazing customer service, and I cannot recommend Jason and this company enough

I bought an LED trailer board from Securefix. It is a quality product bought for a reasonable price with fast delivery. I had a slight problem with one of the LED's. I contacted Jason who replaced the item by next-day delivery. His response was text-book for customer care. Highly recommended

I bought a product a couple of months ago. Sadly, Chinese origin and it failed badly. Spoke to Jason via eBay ... so accommodating and understanding. Customer Service in the Premier League - unsurpassable! Proud to be a customer!!!???? Rob

Just had my alloy wheel clean brush delivered (before the delivery date given)and wow the quality and price is sublime, thanks Martin

Thought there may be a delay now BUT the order was received within 3 days -great & cheaper than elsewhere.

PERFECT item - GREAT price - AMAZING communication
HIGHLY recommended

I received two items which were faulty. I received a reply the same day and an offer of a refund or two tested items. I went for the refund and the same day was told that a refund had been applied to my account. This was incredible customer service. Apologetic, friendly and efficient. This company deserve to do well. Thank you.

Very quick delivery, good prices and I'm pleased with my Ace 1600 wire rope puller, looks pretty bomb proof to me. I would have liked to be able to phone re. a couple of queries but the online chat sufficed. I will use again.

Great seller
Offering great deals. Excellent communication. Very trusted.
Recommended.
Hope to deal again.

Quality goods and service, what more could you ask for.
No hesitation in recommending

I ordered an item from this Company, via Amazon which arrived slightly damaged. I wrote a review concerning this, not expecting to hear any more. The Company took the trouble to contact me directly and could not do enough to rectify the situation, and immediately dispatched a replacement. I can't speak more highly of this Company as their Customer Service is excellent, and it is nice to find a Company that still takes a pride in the service that it delivers. I will have no hesitation in dealing with this Company in the future, and would recommend it to anyone.

I bought an 48mm clamp from SecureFix Direct and was very pleased with the speed of delivery. I spotted a possible weakness and changed the shorter bolt for a longer one. Notifying the company, I received a professional response, saying they would contact their suppliers to advise them.

What a brilliant company!
I ordered a ten metre strop on Ebay but received a five metre one in error - a quick email and Jason sorted it out immediately, apologising profusely, resulting in the delivery of the correct one in the next morning's post with the bonus of being told to keep the first, shorter one too!
Perfect customer service and highly recommended!!

Excellent customer service. I had a small problem and it was dealt with swiftly and easily. Very happy. I would recommend this company and use them again. Big thank you to Jason for being very professional.
