Products and ordering procedure are first class, and I had next day delivery with accurately cut materials on two occasions. Demonstration videos are very helpful and instructions are good. My only reservation (hence 4 stars not 4) is that they do not tell you how to cope with fitting to irregular windows - mine are very old and frames are not flat all round

A fabulous service from start to finish. Martin was incredibly helpful throughout the process (we purchased secondary glazing panels to go throughout our house so quite a project!) and gave great advice on how best to approach things. Thoroughly recommended and the best news is they really do work and are an extremely cost effective option to replacing the old sash windows.

bought 4mm polycarbonate, very large sheets 2.04m x 1.1 m to cover noisy draughty windows. a bit tricky to fit due to windows not being square but very pleased with results. room is warmer and quieter, just what we wanted. Extreme pro product "does what it says on the tin"!

I tried a test secondary glazing piece and I was so pleased with it that I ordered 6 more. I've got an old Victorian house with single glazed windows and these solutions are really good. I'm not sure I'd have them in my main lounge but elsewhere they're superb.

If you need removable panels then the magnetic strips are the ones to go for but if not, try the super glaze strips which screw in place.

When I showed mine to a few mates, they didn't even notice that they were there, particularly on windows where the edges were covered by curtains.

If, like me, you've got old sash windows that have a few gaps on them, I'd seal the gaps with 1" white insulation tape first so that you've got a good draught free gap between the window and the panel. These come off easy in the summer if you're planning on removing the panels then. I'd also use the 4mm sheet. I would think that anything less might be a bit wobbly.

The team are brilliant at giving you advice on how to use their products and tips on how to install.

Couldn't fault them on that.

How could they improve? Well, they could protect the panels a little better from the couriers poor handling and they also might consider selling the panels with the fixing strips already in place. I had my handyman doing mine because I'm not too good on DIY and he did it fine but if I were doing it myself it would certainly be easier if they were pre-fixed.

Give it a go on a small test window yourself. You know it makes sense and someone who can't be mentioned now used to advise on that TV ad !

Brilliant company with a brilliant product. Easy to order and work out what you need and also easy to install with a little bit of DIY experience. Very little in fact. We’ve had the secondary glazing in for this winter 2022 and it has made a huge different to our patio doors and windows. Worth every penny!

It took me a while to extend the recess out neatly with mitre cuts but everything came together quickly after that and I'm happy with the results.

Delighted with the speed of delivery. The panels were well packed and survived the the white van delivery. Magnetglaze system is good quality and easy to install. Using the additional trim really finishes off the job well, hiding any slight mistakes made during DIY installation.
Do not use the supplied IPA wipe to clean the polycarbonate panel only use on the window surrounds to make sure they are clean and free from grease/dirt. Even a small wipe can leave small scratches. Use only a mircrofibre cloth as recommended.

Just received the perspex for using as secondary glazing in my living room. Really good packaging used for protecting the perspex during transportation; I've used this company before and they know how important it is to use suitable and sufficient packaging to protect this fragile product.
Delivery was quick, even to N.E. Scotland, and perspex is top quality. Thanks.

Order arrived in promised timescale. All polycarbonate cut to perfect size. Used Superglaze for two large windows using three sheets on each. Looks good now fitted.

Gas bill over £600 a month now and I had a large very cold wooden double glazed window in an upstairs bedroom. As I'm not in a position to replace my windows I decided to try a secondary glazing plastic panel. Ordered a 220x96cm panel Sunday night before Christmas, it was cut and delivered, along with superglaze trim, by the Thursday and all well packaged.

I installed it today, using an EPDM E strip on the back for extra thermal insulation from the frame and the window surface temp has already gone up from 14C to 19.5C, with a side benefit of being noticeably quieter in the room as well.

At £200 all in it was good value and, along with some extra loft insulation, I might even see some payback with current gas prices being through the roof! I will no doubt be back for more from this store at some point in the near future. Thanks!

Helpful advice and speedy delivery in perfectly packaged product. My first secondary glazing experience, which I found enjoyable and very satisfying

I took a photo this morning (21st December) showing the two perfectly clear, secondary glazed windows alongside the third window of the bow window, which was heavily misted over. My daughter was very impressed 'good work' she said 'can you do my car'?! So, Well done, secondarydiyglazing, a happy customer who will be ordering for more windows soon.

Very thorough information. Very helpful over the phone too. Product was cut to my exact measurements and the glazing had made a big difference to heat retention and noise reduction.
