The service I received from the customer support team was outstanding. I had a notification that my parcel had been delivered, however, it was nowhere to be seen. I messaged Thursday evening and received a response initially from AI but within minutes from Krystal. I was so impressed! Krystal sent a photograph which clearly showed the parcel was not at my home and then when I replied to let her know this, that she would contact the courier the following morning to ask them to redeliver. Fortunately a neighbour reunited the parcel with me in the meantime but I just wanted to say how impressed I was with the contact from Sealskinz and the commitment to sorting this out for me.
The socks are a gift and having had them before, I know my husband will be delighted with a second pair. He would wear nothing else now. They are well worth every penny. Keep your feet bone dry. Thank you.

I ordered the wrong size by mistake. Krystal from the help desk cancelled my order and arranged a refund within minutes of me phoning. I was then able to order the correct size. Looking forward to getting my new gloves. I am sure they will be great like all my other sealskinz products.

I ordered some gloves for extremely cold weather. I used the measuring guidance, added a extra size for good measure, and they were too small. The process of returning the smaller gloves and receiving the larger ones (which are an excellent fit) was straightforward and simple.

First time ordering. Checked socks but one had small loops of material near a join (where colour changed on sock). If I’d paid a fiver I wouldn’t have bothered complaining but these were expensive socks. AI resolution process was pretty good. It fully understood the issue and sorted it in super quick time

The whole help team honestly could not have helped me more, and still offered to help me more. An exceptional team of lasses that have broke the back of their job title. Thank you all very much!

Nelson the AI was fast and easy to deal with. Return was arranged in no time without any problems. Lovely gloves, well made but if you’re a watch wearer these gloves are not suitable due to battery position. Getting the glove on is tight and the strap couldn’t be pulled closed as it’s too short and I have skinny wrists.

Sealskinz responded immediately to my concern and dealt with the matter quickly and effectively. I was very impressed with the manner in which their customer support dealt with the problem.

Incredibly efficient. I ordered two hats but one of the colours was not available so I was contacted very quickly and I told them to choose what they liked and the replacement is perfect. They are such good quality rain hats and with a size adjuster they fit comfortably.
